Their chocolates are always fresh, beautifully packaged, and taste amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about quality and customer satisfaction. I absolutely love Peter Brooke! The staff there is what makes this place so special! They were so helpful when I had a project I was working on and went out of their way to create some special chocolates that I needed to decorate a cake. They have made a loyal customer for life. Not only is their customer service great but their products are always high-quality and they taste amazing! My grandkids couldn’t stop eating the little chocolate shells they made for me at the last minute so I could salvage my cake decorating project. Thank you Peter Brooke staff a special shout out to Terry, Jaclyn and Lindsay.

I came to get chocolate today and the person at the register Ruby was so helpful and knowledgeable. Very nice to customers and the chocolate pecans are delicious.

Told me it was 1.9 per pound, then at checkout it was 1.9 per OZ. Don’t have someone working at the register if they don’t know the pricing of the products.

I got strawberry dubai cups and they were amazing!! Lots of strawberries, kadaif, and pistachio paste made a wonderful balance with Peterbrooke's always-good chocolate!

I just went and purchased the famous Dubai chocolate from Peter Brooke and I was very disappointed. I have tried the Dubai chocolate before with a local vendor and they are absolutely delicious. I have not been in contact with that vendor in a while and was craving the famous Dubai chocolate decided to come here was very surprised to see them for $35 but I thought the taste is worth the price when I took a bite. First thing I noticed it had a very nutty taste did not taste like pistachio at all the color was not right either and on top of them it was mostly chocolate, barely any of the filling. I was very disappointed and very upset because I can’t even return the chocolateand get my $35 back or even half. I would not describe this ass a Dubai chocolate I have not tried any of their other treats. Honestly, I’m not a chocolate person, but the Dubai chocolate had won me over

The second time was a really good experience this young Lady was really interesting in letting me try or suggest different products that they have. The ice cream was good, the strawberry with Dubai chocolate was expensive and the customer service the first time was bad, she tried to ignore us.

I recently visited Peter Brooke Chocolatier, but unfortunately, I walked out without making a purchase due to the appalling customer service. The staff completely ignored us, offering no greeting or acknowledgment as we entered. Their rude behavior and total lack of engagement made it clear they had no interest in providing any form of hospitality. Given the lack of courtesy and the uncomfortable atmosphere, I chose not to buy anything. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the overall customer experience.

We had a team bonding event at Peterbrook. It was fantastic! We learned so many things about the history of chocolate and had some good laughs as we made our treats. I highly recommend this local store! You won’t be disappointed ❤️

This place is always so awesome. The chocolate is stellar, the Gelato is amazeballs, and they are sharing their awesome chocolate skills too!
