I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this establishment. After being seated and ordering drinks, the server walked away while we were still looking at the menu. To my shock and dismay, I overheard her making racial comments while talking to a coworker. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply offensive.
I immediately decided we would not be eating here and left without finishing our order. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, as no customer should have to endure such blatant disrespect. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I hope the management takes action to address such behavior.

I ordered the Chicken fried rice. I liked it to some extent. I like foods spicy so after asking they gave me a house made sauce as a side which made the item way more tastier. That sauce had lemon grass flavor I loved that. My friend ordered The Hangover Cure, I liked it more taste wise... very refreshing and a healthy choice.

My second visit here. Pho was good and the Viet coffee was good. Not many Vietnamese restaurants in Tallahassee.

Paid $4 extra for vegetables. Paid for extra meat. They were both pathetic. Food was only okay. Don’t order near closing.

Makayla and manager on duty (not sure of her name) was completely disrespectful and kept over talking when I called to ask for the extra sauce in which I paid for via uber eats. Horrible customer service. Order was placed on 12/6/24

What a great Vietnamese restaurant! The food was so flavorful and tasty. My kids loved the chicken fried rice and udon noodles. Great service. I highly recommend this hidden gem. Great people and great food.

I’ve ordered from this place before and was pleased but this time around definitely not.
My order took entirely too long. People who ordered after me got their order before I did.
When I received my order it was wrong.
Had to wait for it to be fixed. Wasted about an hour for a take out order.

Small local pho place with a fairly large menu. The bahn mi and spring rolls were quite good, and the pho was fairly good. All items had quite good ingredients and flavors, the only complaint being the pho broth had a strong flavor when I’m used to a softer less salty/sharp flavor, so it was difficult to drink too much of the broth. The prices were quite reasonable, and I’ll definitely be back to try the stew and other items.

What can I say? I love Pho 7. The veggies are crisp and fresh. Their vegetarian/vegan pho broth is great yet, I wish they had some variety for veggie broths. My first wish would be a vegan Mi Quang option. Second would be a vegan Canh Chua. That would be simply amazing!! My go-to dish here is the dry vermicelli with vegan duck. It's healthy, filling, excellent with the pickled veggies. Great choice if I'm not in the mood for a belly-full of hot, salty broth. But, come winter, I'll be here for Pho about twice a week!
Vegetarian options: Pho 7 has seitan! Vegan Duck is my favorite - with some 5 spice warmth and sweetness. As well as Vegan Chicken, which is just savory and satisfying. Their tofu is cubed and fried, but plain is an option if you're avoiding the fryer.
Dietary restrictions: They're well educated and super helpful here.

I have been a loyal customer to Pho 7 for years now, but the service I received tonight was unacceptable. When I sat down, the waitress Gabriela did not write down our order and asked us to repeat ourselves multiple times. I ordered pork vermicelli as I always do. Upon receiving our food, I was given pho instead of what I ordered. Gabriela took it back to the kitchen, and ten minutes later comes back with TOFU vermicelli… again, NOT what I ordered, but I told her it was fine. She offered me a complimentary drink for the inconvenience which I accepted. Then, our check comes out and I see that I was charged $14.95 for the soup that I did not order instead of $12.95 for the dry noodles that I did order (and were wrong). When I told her that I would not pay for the soup that I DID NOT ORDER, she then told me that she would charge me for both the dry pork (tofu) vermicelli AND the (complimentary) drink. She did not specify that the drink would be added to my bill, and when I said there was no reason I should be paying for a COMPLIMENTARY drink, she laughed and said she would have to take it back. Mind you, the drink was already half way gone. Throughout this entire interaction, I received attitude and disrespect from Gabriela. She even went as far as to tell me that I should have specified whether I wanted dry or wet vermicelli. I’ve never had this issue before, and it is not my job to know that I have to specify that. I love the food here, but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Order thru Door Dash, didn't follow instructions, no utensil, no noodles, do not order for this place. They don't care their customers.
Just colectivo the money. ?
Pho 7 is one of the handful of places that have Pho in Tallahassee, and it's pretty affordable to boot! The interior of the restaurant is no frills, but the service and food is absolutely top notch. They also have good bahn mis and summer rolls on their menu
