Every time you place an order here they ALWAYS seem to get it wrong!! The pho is good but the service is terrible!! Working in customer service is definitely a frustrating job at times I know because I also work in customer service and I do not believe the saying that “the customer is always right” but when it’s the businesses/employees fault for not reading the instructions or making sure that EVERYTHING (like the entire order) is not all in the same bag then the fault lies with the business. Paying for 2 meals and only receiving 1 and a much smaller portion than they usually give is ridiculous!! Saying sorry and hanging up is NOT the correct way to handle the situation. Thanks for not helping at all! Happy holidays to you!!

sadly the pho was super bland, bean sprouts visibly old, and was stingy af with garnishes! had to put soy sauce in it :(
Seeing it was a rather cool day today Pho sounded great.
The restaurant, Pho Me, was easy to find and parking was convenient.
You can tell when you walk into a place and it is full, that’s a good sign.
To place your order…. when you walk in you stand at the register, study the menu on the wall, give your order, you are then given a number after which you find a seat you desire to sit at.
Not only was the restaurant fairly full but people with to-go orders came in and out almost constantly, another good sign.
I ordered the Pho - beef noodle soup (see menu photo for description) and the Gói Cuõn - summer rolls also (see menu photo for description). My pho dish and I assume all, are served with bean sprouts, jalapeño slices and a lime wedge. Both were very good and hit the spot!
All the tables are equipped with chopsticks, napkins, hoisin and Sriracha sauce and several soy sauce on the counter near by. I felt the prices were fair (except the tea was a little more than I expected at 5 dollars and some change) but I really wanted to try it so got one to go, and it was fair tasting (I’ve had better, but not bad) and several people were ordering it.
I felt that there are plenty of vegetarian and dietary restriction options.
They also offer a Pho challenge (see menu) if you brave enough to take it on.

I just absolutely love eating here. Their broths are excellent, and the veggies are always fresh and crisp. It's really one of the best noodle houses I've been to locally.

The food here is usually good but I ordered a beef pho and the bean sprouts are clearly old. However, my partner ordered the Grilled Chicken Bahn Mi and really enjoyed it. It took us over 1 hour to get our food. During this time, roughly 6 others parties were served. Even after receiving the food, the corporation didn’t attempt to make any amends for the long wait that took place due to the ticket not being printed and barely demonstrated remorse. Overall, I would not recommend the customer service but the food is alright.

I got the bun bo hue, it was delicious. I also tried the curry chicken sliders. The flavors were good but the chicken was a little bit tough when i bit into it. For dessert, i ordered the Nutella donuts and croffle (i was oooking forward to that the most) but after an hour, we never got dessert so we asked for a refund.

I ordered online and speedily stated the sauces that I wanted on the side, which are usually complementary in the restaurant. I also called to make sure they would be added to my bag, and I was assured that they were in there upon arrival I realize that they only gave me hoisin sauce and Sriracha, no soy sauce and chili oil and then when I called again I was informed that chili oil is now an up charge even though every time I dine in I am given it for free. They've become very stingy with the amounts that they want to give you and it's not really good for business. She informed me that they charge for extra to go sauces because of the cost of the containers.

They let you build your own pho bowl and have a huge pho blow challenge ???
Vegetarian options: They also have vegan options too
Recommended dishes: Beef Pho, Banh MI, Pho Chay Vegan Pho
The broth is authentic but the bowl looks depressing. I've eaten phỏ around the world, in Vietnam, Australia and America, but the food has terrible presentation. Owner lost the love and care for the business. It's lacking a lot of ingredients and only has the broth, noodles and meat. The meat is very thinly sliced and there isn't very much. The place looks rundown and desperately needs to be renovated. Overall, not a great experience.
