Usually get Pho & it’s always great!Today I got the Noodle salad with chicken, nice presentation but the chicken wasn’t cooked. It looked suspicious so I ripped a big piece in half- raw in the middle.(Thighs take a lot longer to cook on the grill)I sent it back, the girl said she would make another one. Another 15 minutes later, the same- the chicken STILL WASN'T COOKED!At 3:00 I was rushing to leave, one of the managers was getting ready to close up.I told her my chicken wasn’t cooked, she said she didn’t make it because she left to pick a child from school (she said this twice, still no mention of my raw chicken salad)Standards should be followed even if the manager is not in the building. Also no scallions, cilantro, fried onion, or peanuts as stated in the description (a basic Vietnamese ingredient combo)Not sure if I want to patronize this business again short of the lack of accountability by managers.

I like spicy noodle soup. I asked for more noodles. You can add money. But when the noodles were brought out, I was shocked. There was only more than half a bowl of soup and noodles. The noodles in this store were really too little. One bowl of noodles was not enough to make people full. I won't go there again

The pho tasted okay. I can’t say the broth was flavorful; it was actually pretty bland and needed a lot of doctoring with additional condiments and seasonings, which are available at the tables.

We were a group with vegan, vegetarian and meat eaters and we all found something delicious to eat. The quality of the food is excellent for the price and the food was delivered very quickly.

The sandwich was great. However, BBQ doesn't mean BBQ, it simply means grilled. The sandwich was very small for $10.The fries are awesome. Air Fried. I had ask for extra catch-up. I finished my fries wtih no catch-up.Kid-friendliness: Yes, this is a kid friendly place.Wheelchair accessibility: 1st floor. Easy access.

We tried this place for the first time on September 26. The restaurant prepped our takeout order on time but neglected to include any noodles in my udon noodle bowl. The shrimp wasn't fresh and the pho broth base was greasy/oily. I just ate the spring rolls in our order and tossed the rest out.I called the restaurant to ask about the missing udon noodles and they promised to email me a discount for our next order because they insisted that they can't offer any refunds for Uber Eats takeout orders. It's been a week and I never received the discount email. It was a disappointing first experience for us, especially since the restaurant acknowledged their error and did nothing to remedy it.

I loved the pho! Whatever chilis they put in it are perfect. (not jalapenos)

A tremendous disappointment. Pho lacked flavor, meat and essence. It had mostly tough pieces of fat. Definitely not worth $15.00! The place and restrooms were dirty. Don't waste your time and money!

This is a nice locally owned pho restaurant! The broth was rich and delicious and they did not skimp out on the noodles! I definitely will be coming here again. They have a build your own option with a nice variety for $11.99, I recommend trying it out! There is also a pho challenge for $29.99, with a shirt included - for winners and losers. You’ll also get your photo on the wall!
