Avoid this pizza hut. They charge you for toppings and do not deliver. I called and they hung up on me. They have a whole restaurant but have it all shut down. Only take out. No salads. Put this place out of business for good!

Ordered a pizza for pickup at 5:15p.m., was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived and paid for the pizza @ 6:04 p.m. Received my order at approximately 6:40p.m. This is unacceptable, and the manager just started hollering at the employees, instead of apologizing for my wait. Pizza Hut, do better.

I ordered Pizza Hut at 12:00am pizza, wings, & two water bottles with specific instructions to notify the delivery driver that I only had a $50 bill. Time went back tonight and I just got my food at 2:00am which means I waited 3 hours for the wrong order and now Pizza Hut is closed and it took my delivery driver 7 minutes to get here. They gave me a pizza and breadsticks with no drinks and no wings. No one told my delivery driver about the $50 bill so he got a well deserved tip considering the fact that he sat in the lobby for an hour. I am very upset about my order being messed up and now Pizza Hut is closed.

Pre-ordered food and they showed up to work 15 minutes late, then said the ovens are not working. Our company is never ordering from them again.
If this is the same Pizza Hut on W. Tennessee St now then you must avoid this place at all cost. Just made our second order from this place. BOTH TIMES they have messed up our order. Order orange crush soda, was given coke (first time). Second time, just now, ordered from same place and same soda but ended up with no soda. Delivery man was like "Uhhhh I see you ordered it, should I go back and get it for you?" AREYOU KIDDING ME? Yes, go back and get it. I paid for it didn't I? Done with this place. I will drive to a different pizza hut for now now, even if it is across town. Hire new employees. Unacceptable.

Terrible service pizza was raw. Manager outside smoking. Store smells like mold and is very dirty. This place use to be so good it’s disappointing how the management runs it now.
