So last month I was traveling through the area, didn't want to drive around, thought how about Pizza Hut, sure can't go wrong with a nationally recognized brand. Nope. First they shifted my order to be delivered by Door Dash Ericka, Well then came the texts saying my address, (of the hotel was hard to find) I tried to call and text the number texting me this, no answer, so I stood outside the entrance of the hotel, no vehicles approached, then the text saying they were there waiting, I was standing there no vehicle came, I tried calling no answer no response, then came the delivery was marked cancelled. I called the store, they said it would be 90 minutes or more to try again. I kindly asked to cancel and refund. Too long of a wait and I didn't want to get out on door dash again since I got door scammed, over a week goes by NO REFUND, via the website I reach out but it takes me to Corporate who says they are sorry and speak with the store in question and resolve this. Wait slightly more than a week. Nothing. Reach out Again this time NO RESPONSE, NO REFUND.so basically this store has zero customer respect, and I wouldn't trust them to get you your Pizza. Look elsewhere and the worst thing is in the charges that were never refunded Was a TIP. So not only did I not get food, did get crappy service, I PRETIPPED someone to rip me off.

This has to be one of the worst pizza hut locations! I ordered my pizza, waited an over an hour and a half! Then pizza was marked as delivered and ...nothing! I called the pizza hut and they said someone called and couldn't get in touch with me. The order was taken back to the pizza hut. When I spoke to manager, she acted like she didnt care! There was no attempt to make it right or anything like that! What a terrible way to run your business!

Pizza Hut on Tennessee St is top tier! The manager Keisha runs a tight ship and you can guarantee good food everytime. Even if there is a problem they fix it immediately! For the most part all the staff is nice and welcoming, I’m there at least once a week.

This place absolutely sucks. Not impressed with General Manager either. Asked for District Manager or boss and she stated she doesn’t have a boss. Maybe one person working. They hang up on customers. I called twice and was hung up on twice and drove there and still wasn’t able to place an order on the phone prior to driving there. I did contact you directly I spoke with GM and then requested her boss and she said she doesn’t have a DM or boss and there was no resolution prior or after me leaving this review. So why bother trying to save face with a response?? Your GM didn’t even resolve the issue and thinks she doesn’t have a boss.

Avoid this pizza hut. They charge you for toppings and do not deliver. I called and they hung up on me. They have a whole restaurant but have it all shut down. Only take out. No salads. Put this place out of business for good!

Ordered a pizza for pickup at 5:15p.m., was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived and paid for the pizza @ 6:04 p.m. Received my order at approximately 6:40p.m. This is unacceptable, and the manager just started hollering at the employees, instead of apologizing for my wait. Pizza Hut, do better.

I ordered Pizza Hut at 12:00am pizza, wings, & two water bottles with specific instructions to notify the delivery driver that I only had a $50 bill. Time went back tonight and I just got my food at 2:00am which means I waited 3 hours for the wrong order and now Pizza Hut is closed and it took my delivery driver 7 minutes to get here. They gave me a pizza and breadsticks with no drinks and no wings. No one told my delivery driver about the $50 bill so he got a well deserved tip considering the fact that he sat in the lobby for an hour. I am very upset about my order being messed up and now Pizza Hut is closed.

I ordered takeout from Pizza Hut today, and it was a great experience! The pizza was hot and fresh, with the perfect blend of toppings. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the pickup process quick and easy. Overall, a satisfying meal that hit the spot. I’ll definitely be back for more!
