Extremely hot in the lobby. Why no AC? It was a long wait time too to be sitting in a room with no AC! My order was actually ready and they just wouldn't hand it to me. And I told them what I was waiting on. Poor service. One of the employees seems sober-ish, the other who I told about the order apparently just didn't care.

The mangers & employees were rude disrespectful and I don’t ever think I would support Puzza Hut again. The white employees treated the black customers differently than they did non black customers while I was there. I witnessed the racism and unfair treatment that occurred and I’m highly offended veteran. The mangers unprepared for the promotion and his professionalism went out the window. My order# 0198 and it this occurred on 8/12/25 @ 5:53pm

Every single time we order from this place, we have issues. The last time, they took an hour and a half to deliver and the pizza was horrible. As a result, we got an email with a coupon for a free pizza from corporate. Great, right? Well the app keeps saying that the location doesn't take that coupon... the coupon they gave us for their bad service... so, I called the store and they said, yeah, that is not a great way to give compensation and they don't agree with corporate doing that. So... the coupon can't be used? "Yeah, pretty much." is the only answer we got. Don't waste your time ordering from here. Just go to any of a thousand of their competitors and be treated like a customer that they WANT the business from. I know that we will from now on.

The onions on my pizza were burnt the pizza was cold the manager was both insulting and threatening
Food was fresh and delivered earlier than expected! The pizza was so good it unlocked a newfound longing within me to become a paper napkin and travel back in time just so I can sit on a nearby counter and watch this scrumptious pizza being created - the cheese gracefully falling across that fluffy, one-of-a-kind crust (alas, I cannot have marinara sauce at the moment due to dietary restrictions).
Many love songs have been dedicated to many people across the span of time but you, Pizza Hut pizza, are deserving of them all! ❤️
It's really not about the Atmosphere it should all be about how was the pizza or other food period!! I have most of the time left 5 stars for the pizza Hut on apalachee parkway. But I'm not this time. Have you ever had so much marinara sauce on a pizza that it just starts oozing out of the pizza!! Well that's exactly what happened to me last night so much sauce I got nausea and had to just trash the pizza... isn't there a limit to how much sauce you add to a pizza I would certainly think so!! And not to mention the driver was 15 min late and the pizza wasn't even hot anymore!! I did ask for a refund so if they don't refund my money. I will go up the chain of command... you know you can do better than this!!! Because you have done better!! Disappointed customer ? Shannon

Very disappointed that during my last three visits to my local restaurant (store #2000) located at 5032 Capital Circle SW, Tallahassee, FL this location is consistently of out of ingredients. Very poor inventory management.
