I called an order in Friday night and when I arrived the lobby was completely packed. They notified me that it would be a few more minutes. They seemed to be a little short staffed but everyone was moving very fast to get us all out of there. They were really pleasant, double checked my order, and even asked if I needed napkins or a bag. Just wanted to commend them on a job well done and apologize for the rude and impatient customers that seemed to make an already hectic night slightly worse. The icing on the cake was a hot and fresh pizza and wings that me and my daughter enjoyed! Thank you again.

I recently stopped by Pizza Hut and ordered the Flatzz pizza, and it was delicious. The crust was perfectly crisp and had just the right amount of flavor. The toppings were fresh, and the cheese was melted to perfection. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the amazing service I received from Courtney. She greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome right away. Courtney was attentive, kind, and made sure my order came out just the way I wanted. She checked in to be sure everything was perfect, which I truly appreciated. The combination of great food and excellent service made my visit memorable. I left feeling satisfied and impressed with how smoothly everything went. Courtney was absolutely amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back for both the Flatzz pizza and her outstanding service!

While visiting location at 5032 Capital Circle Tallahassee FL, I noticed an employee preparing food without gloves. After mentioning this to another employee his response was "we never wear them". This location is not one I'd recommend. EAT THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Because if they aren't preparing your food without gloves and potentially spreading some type of food borne illness you just may not be able to get all the toppings you request because they are always out of some food supply. This is all a very poor look on management at this restaurant location.

I ordered through their app and waited approx. 2 hours just for the store to say the order was stolen. They remade our order but lacked the communitcation to tell us that a Pizza Hut delivery driver will be delivering our order now. I do not recommend this location at all! They sounded aggravated with our constant questions about our order that has not mmade it to us in 2 hours.
The last five orders i have got from this location has been wrong. Once I can understand, but everytime is ridiculous. I don't know if employees are just slow or high all the time. It's beyond ridiculous. They definitely nèd to train their employees better. Or they need new management. If I could give no stars I would. Take my advice just order from Papa Johns. They are fast and always get your order correct.

We were told the fryer is down so we couldn't get the side with the my hut box deal that is also advertised with a Pepsi for no extra charge. We were charged $8.48 per my hut box with no side and the person taking the order clearly does not like her job or being here. Un professional and rude. My only recommendation for this place is to stay away........

I used to work for Pizza Hut (different location) and can say I am very disappointed in the management/team here .
EVERY time we order pizza here our order is messed up . Nobody ever checks the notes on the pizza .. our pizzas are always either under cooked and doughy, missing toppings or we’re getting wrong pizza dough when we pay more for a different crust . Employees need to step it up and pay attention.
This location has gotten worse and worse . EVERY time I order here our order is messed up .
I’ve been scammed out of TWO cookies from here as well . I call , talk to an employee and tell them our cookie is MIA and they say they’ll write our name down for next time to get the cookies we didn’t receive . Come next time our name is “lost” and “ oh sorry , I can’t do anything because the woman who wrote it isn’t here . You’ll have to call the call center “
