Funny how ever since I gave Pizza Hut nearest me a bad review I haven't been able to use my Pizza Hut Account. Everytime I try logging in to place an order it says ERROR OCCURRED!! My app has never done that before now it's non functional after Uninstaller & re installing several times. So now I just call and placed the order at the one that on the opposite side of town and pick it up myself.

I gave this location a five star based on service and atmosphere only. Im not a customer so I have yet to try any of there food (not a big pizza lover) 😂😂 but as a delivery partner this location is one of the best. Shout out to the day shift manager she's always pleasant and professional when I arrive and keeps me updated on my ready times. The day time staff is an awesome team and makes it a pleasure to deliver for them. I'll try some food soon and update. Keep up the good work 💪 👍

This Pizza Hut is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I ordered on Instacart, they gave my order to someone else and didn’t cancel or notify me until LATE. They let 5 drivers show up and only told the last one they gave my order to someone else. This is why I don’t eat out often and they reminded me why. Just trash service from empty minded individuals. No class, no dignity just getting a check.

Ordered 2 pizzas. 1 was right. The other had the wrong sauce and pork topping when we don't eat pork. No one will fix the problem. I'm out money and have a worthless pizza. Will never order from Pizza Hit again until this is resolved

I am very sad to say that this was the worst pizza I have ever had from Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza, but this one was so greasy and most of my toppings were on one side of the pizza. My mozzarella sticks were flat and cold, and my chicken nuggets were not good at all. It was a very disappointing meal.

I arrive to pick up my online order. I tell the cashier the name under who the order was placed. She gives me a receipt and the food and then walks away. I begin to check my order and I was given the WRONG order!! She finally gets back to the counter so I can let her know of her mistake and she questions me about my order. Apparently there were two orders with the same first name but clearly two different last names and order numbers. So then she pulls my correct order and the order is not what I ordered online! Come on people I work in the industry it is really not that hard to get it right the first time! Another business I will not be returning to. Go back to the basics and make sure your people know how to read orders correctly and give to the correct customer. I get home and realized I paid extra for pan crust and got hand tossed instead. I am sooo done with this place??
