The chicken was cold after I picked up the order at a drive-through.

They've got good food. But nothing will happen quickly. Expect to be pulled forward and wait quite awhile.

Good location and typically food. I actually haven't been in a while cause they randomly turned off mobile ordering so you can't use your points or anything to order. Hopefully they turn it back on, haven't been since they turned it off.

I ordered 2 combos and neither were correct, even after repeating the order and correcting it several times when she got it wrong. Only to be greeted with an Attitude and told to pull up when I mentioned, Again, that the drink was supposed to be Large when she passed me a Medium. Then to get the Food and not have any of it as I asked. This location is a nightmare. Expect less than piss poor service, your order, no matter How Many Times you Repeat It and Clarify It to be Wrong, and to leave feeling taken advantage of by the prices.

Craving a spicy sandwich with that sauce. Ordered spicy. Back on interstate and it has no sauce and is mild. So disappointing.

The lines were crazy busy, they held their own, It deleted quickly, The food was hot and fresh and delicious and didn't even make it out of the parking lot before I ripped it apart..... To go for me to bring it home it never made it ??

The service never gets better. Too bad this is the only chicken place on this site of town. Definitely need to look into that! Wouldn’t take much to run them off! The food is great to bad the service is so bad it’s not worth it. I said this 2 months ago but I mean this time I won’t be back.

We love Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich. We ordered them with extra mayo and pickles. These were the least enjoyable we've ever had. Very dry because NO MAYO. C'MON MAN!

What a disappointment! I will never eat at this location again. My order was wrong and only realized after a 25 min drive home. I love Popeyes dark meat and thighs and so I asked for this and was given mostly wings! I called and respectfully informed them of the error because I wanted them to know they made a mistake and should have better attention. I expected nothing in return, but the gentleman on the phone offered to give a replacement if I came in the next day. Well I went again today against my better judgment. The lady at the counter crossed her arms and was very rude and combative. She said she was the manager on duty and refused to honor the replacement. What a bad experience. Plus the chicken I did receive was kinda cold, and not in the way it’s cold from a commute back home…

RUDE employees, waited for over 25 minutes, had to go inside from drive thru to get food because server wouldn’t bring it to me after making me park.

The food was $29.99 for 8 pieces of chicken, one large family side and 4 biscuits. No drink. That's was insane!!! And the workers were cursing each other out when I arrived at the window, for who was going to work on the next shift.
