literally every single time I’ve come here they have messed my order up, the last time I placed it online and they gave me plain wings instead of ghost pepper, and then argued with me as I’m showing them my online order that i entered it wrong. At this point, the expectation for this place is to fail because I’ve never had an order given to me correctly or fixed correctly at this location. like come on, i didn’t even have a large order, & it was dead in that building.i asked for Spicy tenders & mash, i got regular tenders & fries. to the lady who looked at me crazy when I told her multiple times I didn’t want any sauce, that was because I thought my taters were in the bag that I intended on using for dipping. y’all ruined my dopamine craving & now i’m just pissy.

I ordered a Surf and Turf Combo and a strawberry cheesecake with a coke...Great customer service friendly and funny.. but i didn't see no hair net on the staff, the staff may or may not had a hair net on but i didn't see any of the staff wearing one. Very busy place you'll have to have patience. In the dine in some of the tables were dirty and had food on the floor. My biscuit was hard and I love ❤️ ? Popeye biscuits.. I didn't checked the bathroom. I seen a couple of staff sitting down eating in the lobby and leave there food on the table while taking orders and had to go prepare the food but I didn't see the staff paying for there food. Staff needed to show proof of there purchase and been off the clock. The strawberry cheesecake is to die for ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The managers are all rude and very unprofessional as a business owner I would never have anyone like them running my establishment I am disgusted, Maybe they need to send someone undercover to watch, I will be contacting cooperation for the 3rd time?

They were rock hard and inedible, very long and thin and almost all crust with very little meat.With Zaxby's and Chic Filet right down the street, I probably won't try again.
