As a former sous-chef I remember the food being very good very great when I was making it. Definitely was a fun place brunches were awesome. I have not been there in a while until a few months ago I did not have a fantastic lunch experience. I think the talent the lies within the place they should come up with a new menu. I think if Primetime switched it up a little bit I would definitely be a regular.
It would seem as though they may be suffering from the same problem as many places. A shortage on employees. At 11:30 I am on a Saturday morning the floor was sticky and that should not be the case especially when we were one of three tables that were seated. The front door is difficult to open which is probably as a result of the magnet that is attached to the alarm system. It was so difficult to open that we called the phone number for the business to be told to pull on the door very hard. At minimum a sign on the door should be there to let people know. The lady that mention she is the manager was as nice as anyone could be that she was hustling to get things done. I ordered a typical American breakfast which is what I usually get when I go to places. The food was cooked well. It was a lot of food for only $12 to $13. My girlfriend wanted the blueberry French toast but it was average at best. In the past they had french toast with thick bread and blueberries in the toast but now it is simply normal French toast with a blueberry sauce/jam to put on it.
Big portions, the breakfast potatoes were exactly how I like them and the omelet was huge. Great breakfast overall and nice outdoor area
Kaylee and Amanda were amazing. The service was top tier. The drinks were unmatched. Probably the best experience I’ve had at Primetime.
Me and my friends came here for a birthday brunch. We had a good time.. the food was good and the mimosas were solid.
Had a most wonderful experience for the brunch. The manager Amanda and my server Gizzelle were amazing and very attentive. The pricing was good and so were the bottomless mimosas. I had the french toast with the berry syrup, delicious. I can't wait to come back again.
I was in Tallahassee visiting and was excited to try Prime Time for brunch. I ordered a Miami Vice cocktail and the drink didn’t taste anything like it was described. I took one sip and asked could I return and select another drink. I was denied and told per the manager that all sales were final. I then received my shrimp and grits minus the goat cheese topping described on the menu. When I asked where my goat cheese was, I was told that they ran out and didn’t have any. However, I was not informed this prior to them preparing my meal in case I want to make another selection. Finally, I went to eat my side of sausage and discovered hair in my side dish. The manager came over, apologized, and stated not only would she remove my meal, side and drink from the ticket, she would also give a 25% discount on the remaining balance. I accepted and thanked her the apology and offer. She then came back and asked did I want another order of shrimp and grits. Though I no longer had an appetite, I agreed anyway. I was able to take a few bites then I asked for a to go box. Once the bill arrived I noticed the discount had not been applied. I am formed the waiter and he had it revised. However when it came back the manager only gave me 25% off of the meal and a drink. Nothing was comped and the remaining order was charged at full price. I only received $5.30 off the entire meal. This experience was extremely disappointing and I will not be returning. Our waiter was great but the overall experience was horrible.
Great costumer service!!!??and the food and drinks was good ?I got would highly recommend this place especially if you are vacationing with kids and also need ?
I would give 0 stars if I could. Currently in the bar right now. How ever their food is disgusting not only do they put their French fries in flour like who actually flours their French fries ??? Between the spinach dip, French fries and hot wings everything was absolutely nasty ! So aside from that they can not change it, fix it, exchange it for something else but they also automatically charge you a %15 percent gratuity to your bill….. like what!? Your food isn’t even good for you to automatically charge %15 gratuity. Horrible business automatically horrible. I will NEVER Back and I’m calling state. Cause NO just no.
Brunch was great. Rj, our server was such an amazing person. Very attentive and nice. Definitely will return.

I really enjoyed my brunch and the drinks were amazing. My server, Whitney, was very welcoming and made great suggestions to make me more knowledgeable and comfortable with the new menu. She is awesome!
Ask for Whitney! The waitress she’s the absolute best! My experience was amazing the brunch was everything! The manager came out and she was amazing everything was great!
Seriously just had the best meal and Amanda was amazing!! She knew the menu so well and helped us pick our delicious meal and drinks! Highly suggest!
Welll, we came in for drinks and wings. However, drinks was horrible! The wings was even more horrible. I ask for mild and I got fire hot wings! Then, I sent those back. I got plain wings, which was so horrible. They just threw frozen wings in hot grease no seasoning! So, I wanted a refund however I was denied a refund on wings I couldn't eat only a 10% discount or of 14.00 was not a lot taken off. I wouldn't recommend this place for good drinks or wings!!
On my short New Years stay I stopped by Primetime & the food was delicious, & service immaculate. Stephon was great
