Delicious! The service was great. The meats and veggies were fresh…but the bread was not great. Maybe offering a softer roll? After eating a few bites I felt like the roof of my mouth was very scraped up. It felt like I was chewing forever. I added a bit more mayo and vinegar but I don’t want to have to do that. I want to taste the meat and veggies. I would definitely go back but maybe choose a wrap or salad.

I have used Primo for catering many times for offices but have not been to the location yet. Every time I have ordered catering the food has been great. Tonight I wanted to take my family to get try it. After making the drive over, we walked in and stood there for several minutes. We never saw anyone. After a while we looked behind the counter and saw a young man sitting down watching something on is phone laughing. He looked up and saw us but never spoke or got up to take our order. After a second glance to see he was still watching his phone, we walked out. It was very disappointing to tell people they need to try a place with you only to arrive to be denied service.

Absolute best hoagies you will find in Tallahassee! Scratch that in all of big bend! Ted and Aaron really curate the vibe and the best sandwich you will EVER sink your teeth into. Pro tip: add the fresh mozz and eggplant (you’ll thank me later)
Anytime I want a sandwich with the gabagool or prosciutto on it this place is the spot for what hits the spot. If you know what you want, it’ll come out good.

I'm going to just say that it may have been the location but what a major disappointment. I have never seen such quality meats and vegetables put on such an awful piece of bread. Cheesesteak barely had cheese. And to make it worse they said it was award winning and that's the only reason I got it. I don't think I'd ever go back. For 9-in sub they're going to charge you at least $15. If the bread wasn't so bad I would pay for that but the bread is that bad
