Had lunch with a buddy of yesterday. Food was excellent- that roast beef sandwich drenched in cheese sauce was top notch. Beer was very good too.
Our server, CJ, was the highlight of the day. Super nice, attentive and excellent service.
When you can parlay great food/drinks with great service, you got yourself a long time winner here.

Went by today to get a growler fill. Brewery is mostly empty. For our entire interaction, I felt like the bartender didn't have any interest in serving us. No advice offered, no recommendations, just one word answers and give me your card. Been drinking proof beer for over a decade so this was an off-putting visit for sure. I understand that service industry employees are woefully underpaid, but you would have thought I had woken the guy up at 3am and asked him to come in to pour me a beer. So strange!

Been coming to Proof since they were over in Tennessee street! Beers are always amazing, food is delicious and the staff is great at this location! Highly recommend the spinach dip and the sausage dog.

I recently visited the Proof Brewery at 1320 S Monroe St, in Tallahassee, FL. I had a nice experience at this brewery. It's a large interior space with plenty of seating. I got there early and was able to have a nice talk with the bartender. A very nice place to enjoy on of their varieties of beer.
We had an out of town family get together at Proof yesterday. While the chicken buffalo wrap was a 7/10 it was the bartenders attitude towards my relative asking if they carry any NA brews that was downright rude. Saying why would they carry those, and flaty laughing about it making for a awkward conversation. Thats fine, better be glad I wasn't there hear this as I would have certainly served a lesson on manners. Definitely not going here again.

This is a great space to hang with friends. Inside and outside seating, good food, great beer, very comfortable place and pet friendly, Several dogs when we visited.

Great atmosphere and place for drinking but if yiu are eating anything it's not a great place. The fish tacos were bland and the nuggets were salty.

My first time here was for a celebration remembering a dear friend that was taken from us tragically and I really liked it there. Everyone was helpful may even consider having something there for myself. Parking can be challenging but with them opening at 4p the other businesses adjacent and closed and you can use their parking 😊
