I come to Tallahassee frequently, maybe every 4-6 weeks. When I do, I stay in Hotel Indigo and eat here for breakfast and most dinners. I've never had a bad meal. The parfait and omelette are excellent choices for breakfast and the ribeye is an excellent choice for dinner. The servers and bartenders are always friendly, even if they are sometimes understaffed and a little slow on the rare occasion.

The hummus app was top notch which we had in the adjacent bar.
We went to dinner and sat in the restaurant section. They must have new staff as the server had difficulty answering menu questions and was not attentive even though we were one of three tables in the whole place. The pork chop was so oversalted it was like eating country ham. The fries came out cool and even our reorder didn’t help. The Caesar salad was bland. The grilled chicken add on was also very salty. I’m not sure anything is fresh. Probably defrosted and warmed up on site.
On the upside the cocktails are well done but the FSU namesake cocktail was NOT worth the price. AT ALL. Kinda disgraceful and a scam. May as well go to the clubs on the next block for a decent hamburger or tacos.
Really wanted to like this place since we have stopped at the bar a few times and have had a good experience.

The waitress was friendly and attentive. She did note that many people have said the menu doesn’t match but they won’t update it.

Service is slow. We arrived around 7pm. There were only three tables seated. The frustrating part was that the server kept coming back saying that they were out of the things we ordered. Food was overcooked on multiple plates. Took about 20 minutes to get drinks. Not the best experience. Best tasting thing was my beer.

My boyfriend's boss had his annual Christmas dinner at this place last night, and it was our first time there. The place is nice and the atmosphere is relaxing and upscale. When entering, I noticed they were pet friendly in the hotel. They have a self-serve coffee bar. They also have a full bar that you can also get coffee at. We sat in a private room towards the back that was next to the kitchen. Upon looking at the menu, I noticed it had a great selection of drinks. The food menu, on the other hand, was not that great. Appetizers only had four items, salads, burgers, and a couple of main dishes and two desserts. I chose the champion chicken, which was a chicken breast, goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and a cream sauce. With this you can choose two sides. I got Brussel sprouts and a ceasor salad. My boyfriend got their steak with the same sides as I did. Now about my dish. The salad and Brussel sprouts were really, really good, nice, and crispy, but my chicken breast was very small. My boyfriend's steak was un seasoned and subpar. They like to cut their steaks thin, but it was cooked the way he liked. We left feeling like we got roomservice food and was not impressed. Our waiter was on point and was polite and quick.

We were on a 4 week trip through the southern US and stopped one night in Tallahassee. We haven't had such good fries the whole trip and the fish with vegetables was unique!! The drinks were also great, because you know how to do it and don't mix something together with a lot of ice and few ingredients. We wouldn't have expected this from a rather inconspicuous place in the city. The service was attentive, the space outside was a bit tight, but certainly more pleasant than inside, where it is always a bit too cold for us Europeans. All in all a very pleasant surprise and a really great, very good meal!

Mediocre At best. 25 min to get drinks, which were ok. Dinner took an additional 45 min. No pre bussing, no bussing in general. Dry chicken. Not one manger stoped to asked how we were not even our server asked. Not to mention she had hair down to her behind lose, I’ve worked in the industry for 20 years and would never be acceptable in my place of business.
