Chill Roadside Bar & Stuff Is such a neat THC cocktail bar, this is exactly what Tally needed! They have the cutest vintage clothes too!

Link Up Tally Inc, your current tenant, has been trying to get in contact with the Community Manager Jabari Scruggs or the President & Broker Adam Kaye. This attempt of contact is regarding the damages that Link Up Tally Inc endured during the Hurricane, over four months ago. The Executive Director would like for someone to contact him as soon as possible. Thanks!

After listening to Billy Rizzardi's speech last night we need him in to take over. He made time for me after the CRA meeting. I knew of him, and everyone always says if you need help with your business you go to Billy.

It looks pretty cool, but it was dead, we went on a Sunday and summer season. We went to check out the skatepark and it is right behind it. They have a great vintage shop that was open. We are from Jacksonville Beach and do not have Season's so our shops are always open, especially on the weekend. But it seems on the East Coast we have 12 month and committed retail hours and then central to the West is "no business on Sunday" church day. I never quite understood this cause I am in the retail business and work to the needs of my customers cause I need to make money. Anyways, the shops that were open were hopping so the business is there, it was just most were closed. One building unfortunately got hit by the tornados we had a few weeks back and was destroyed. My heart goes out to the owner and businesses that were affected and we hope to see the building recover from that.

I had the impression from advertising this place was cool and funky place with alot of artwork. When we went alot of shops were shut up and buildings damaged. Its sad because this area could be a thriving community and economic hub. As someone who enjoys art, I enjoyed the murals and artwork but its missing its community vibes.

Edit - Thank you for letting me know - it may be good to put a sign or two up saying we are in recovery. This will be helpful for non-locals who don't know.

Fabulous array of small busicreative, a collective with artisans, locals, creatives, unique variety to explore along F.A.M U. Way and accessible bike path. Water fountains, skate park, picnic tables, shady spots and benches, patio umbrellas, fun to people watch, something new to see every time.

Omg, too much to see. This will be a destination day trip again in the future. Most shops don't open until 11 am or 12 noon. Went to the Vintage Shop, bookstore, another vintage shop, Artxnikki, Cosmic Cat Comics, etc. Bought an album of The Coasters. Met Linda at Gramma Shop. Walked and looked at all the art on the warehouses. Very pleasant place. Lots of parking.

Been coming here since childhood, and it's definitely lost some of its charm with new ownership. I'm glad it's still here, and the local businesses have their space, but without Square Mug, no busking allowed on First Friday, and the general gentrification of the area, it has definitely disappointed me in recent years.
