December 2, 2025 This trip Debbie did a wonderful job as a manager making me feel very at home. One thing I noticed about restaurants in general is everybody is doing shrink inflation and the price is going up red lobster is one of the few restaurants I go to where the portions have remained the same the price is gone up but I’d rather have the portions remain the same then shrink inflation like the other restaurant I went to recently. I love me some red lobster!!

Food was good hot and fresh. Plenty of parking. I enjoyed the warm biscuits. The service was okay, the waitress was straight to the point and not really customer service friendly. She basically was straight to the point.

This was honestly a terrible experience. My wife and I were seated at a dirty booth, and after sitting there for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, we had to go back up front and ask to be moved. When our waitress finally showed up, she seemed confused by simple requests. My wife asked for her salad without croutons, and of course it came with them anyway. She also forgot the extra water my wife ordered. The food was mediocre, the place felt stuffy and not very clean, and overall it just wasn’t worth the visit. We won’t be returning.

Went here for lunch today.. Im Leaving because no one greeted us at the desk waited 15mins. It wasn’t busy saw one waitress and she did not come to seat us. So we left its 3pm and only 2 other guests were seated inside, as I could see. No customer service! Disappointed customer.

This was by far the most horrible experience I've had at a restaurant
From entering being told 10-15 minute wait with hardly any customer. Worst server, manager the entire staff. Waitress was so disrespectful smirking and on top of that not putting our order in and lying. Order a drink and it took 45 minutes bartender came over to ask what kind n it was a simple order. I would not recommend anyone go to this location 😡😡😡😡

Our waiter Nicc was fantastic. He was prompt, friendly and efficient when taking our orders. Drinks were great and the food was fresh and delicious! We will certainly be coming back soon.

The restaurant was not busy and there were plenty of servers standing around. We sat for 15 minutes and were never offered a beverage or silverware, so we left! Found a great seafood restaurant just up the street and were immediately seated and served!

First time back at Red Lobster since the “revamp” and I can honestly say there’s no difference, disappointingly. Only a few tables of people around 7 in the evening yet our food still took almost an hour to come out. By the time my food arrived, the fries tasted as if they’d been sitting for a while. The food overall was subpar and I don’t have any plans on returning. Red Lobster is now a sad, far cry from the Red Lobster restaurant I knew during the 90’s and early 00’s.

It took 50 minutes for our food to come out, I wanted to leaved but my company wanted to give them a chance, all they had to say was they were short handed. The food was good. The room we were placed in was freezing.
