Great food and friendly staff! Always a pleasure, but a bit nippy.The zucchini fries are 95% batter and a slither of zucchini, which was terrible. The bigger spears should be brought back. Quality is better than quantity, at this point. French onion improved, not anywhere near as salty as it used to be, it cured my craving.

The service here is very good. The burger (black 'n bleu) was cooked to perfection and tasted great. However, even with endless fores, was it worth $13.50? Not in my opinion. I've included a photo. You be the judge.

Don't go unless you have the time to wait (not fast enough for a quick lunch during the work week). The food is good (the Black & Bleu burger is my favorite), but the waitstaff are overworked. I know this was a cost-saving measure from corporate, but it is extremely apparent in how long it takes to get food. It took nearly 40 minutes to get food, another 30 minutes to get shakes to go...$80 later (for three people)...lesson learned.

When the place is not as full, you are tended to in a quick and efficient manner. Very nice waitresses and waiters. Unfortunately, when the restaurant is full/busy, there seems to be a lack of staff. Everyone disappears into the back of the building - so much so that we didn't even get our drinks before our food came out, and when our waitress brought our food out, she did not even realize we had no drinks and began to serve the table next to us before I could ask for some.
