Food was pretty good and staff were fine. Atmosphere was casual and seating outdoors was nice. Cute lil patio. Not a fan of the picnic tables, but it is a vibe.

Good food but sends a text before the food is ready? I ordered online, it said 15 minutes. I got a text saying it was ready, but then waited another 15 minutes in the store. Several people who ordered while I was there got their food before me.

Damn good burger. Got take out, was super busy and took quite a bit of time. Worth the wait. Burger was perfect and done just the way I ordered it. Fries were good, too.

Cash only, did not advertise until you got to the register. Should have had a sign on the door that said cash only it’s 2025 nobody carries cash.

Oh. My. Goodness. Best hamburger in Tallahassee and a good price too. Shake machine was down, but maybe the giant hamburger was enough anyway.

The food was good enough but the long line to order and then the long line to get the food on top on the fairly high price and the request for a tip made the whole experience rather exhausting. Probably won't be back.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had at Relish . I have been a regular for many years but I’m going to have to reevaluate that. I placed my order @8:36pm and was told that it would be ready by 9:15pm upon arrival @9:10pm I was told that the order didn’t even start. I saw multiple other people who placed orders online after my time (I inquired upon what time they placed it someone placed it at 8:51pm) get their orders before me. The shift lead “Sam” was also not very kind and was actually very rude. He was not willing to communicate with me and was trying to brush me off when I asked to speak with him. It was very hostile and genuinely made it difficult to ask any questions because of his lack of respect. I will give props to the worker “Marcelus” who tried to work with me and advocated for me with the shift lead. As someone who has worked in food service I completely understand the demand but also most importantly the customer service which was lacking here. I had to watch people who JUST place their orders get their whole food order before me. I had to wait what felt like 25 minutes before I got my order. It honestly would’ve made more sense to come in and place it. You can find good food anywhere but you can’t find good customer service everywhere and I’ll take that over good food any time.

I received my ketchup but NO FRIES! I called to complain and was told without a receipt, I could not receive a replacement. Lesson learned, check the contents before departing.

The burgers was awesome the customer service wasn't that great and the sweet potatoe fries was cold the cashier act like someone pissed in his cereal first time trying them and my wife first in Tallahassee
