Ive had a problem with this location quite a few times because I've been met with rudeness and the general tso chicken I got was often dark/overdone and had way too much sauce on it. Not to mention I had one kitchen cook laugh at me one time and made a comment about my weight when I ordered egg rolls. Not to mention that they ALWAYS forget my salad when I order hibachi. And they always try to close way too early, mopping the floor as early as 2 hours before close and showing annoyance at me dining in. I work a restaurant too and I know that one customer coming in 2 hours before close shouldn't be a big inconvenience

Went on December 28th and for some reason it took 40 minutes for us to get our food. We watched as people who ordered after us got the food, I had to ask about our order 2x until finally we got it. All we ordered was a chicken hibachi and then rice and vegetables, so it shouldn’t have taken that long. The girl at the front was very sweet and she tried to get the kitchen staff to finish our food since we have been waiting so long. She tried and we appreciate her but the kitchen staff didn’t really seem to care about us having to wait so long. I’m really disappointed and I have no desire to go back.

Not getting all items ordered. Can't reach ANYONE by phone! - 1st time FOOD was great. - 2nd time they forgot food items. - 3rd time they forgot food items AGAIN. And so I called and called and called - a total of 6 times back to see what they can do to get missing food items to me - NO ONE answered the phone! Sucky customer service & business practices. And they are only got the one star - because I couldn't leave a review without it.

Pensacola St location. Worst hibachi place I’ve ever been too! They never get your order correct and forget having them correct it. They don’t care about customers. No wonder the parking lot is always empty. I’m all about giving someone chances but after 3 strikes you’re out! They won’t get my business again.

Roboto has been a go-to since our college days. The food is always great - especially that Samurai sauce!! But be warned that you simply cannot reach them by phone. God forbid you need to talk to a human being, like if you leave something at the restaurant... The phone rings once and hangs up.

The way they burnt up this meat and shrimp is ridiculous, it’s night and day from Mahan and I had them in the same day!!!
