It's really hard to find good customer service these days. Aside from the cashier kicking it with his homeboys at the register, and me waiting 20 minutes for food on my lunch break, them the order is all wrong, gave them a chance to fix it and that was worst. Not too mention I was the only person out of the six who gave a tip and my food was the only order wrong. Pay attention to the customer, treat this as a job.

Ordered hibachi.. honestly meh.. very dirty place, bathrooms are gross . That is the first place you look at restaurants . Got fried rice very mushy and steak overcooked. First time out of town visiter.. head this place has changed names a few times? Disappointed . Stay away

Pensacola St location. Worst hibachi place I’ve ever been too! They never get your order correct and forget having them correct it. They don’t care about customers. No wonder the parking lot is always empty. I’m all about giving someone chances but after 3 strikes you’re out! They won’t get my business again.

TWICE I have came to this location, ordered food. Waited while 3-4 others ordered after me and still received my food AFTER everyone who ordered after me. Even when the same thing was ordered.
