So bad. My order was plain, no sauce or seasoning. My salad was lettuce no dressing. I guess you have to check your order before leaving the building.

TWICE I have came to this location, ordered food. Waited while 3-4 others ordered after me and still received my food AFTER everyone who ordered after me. Even when the same thing was ordered. I even tip! Wait time 15 plus minutes. First time okay maybe they forgot. The second time not a coincidence. POC beware.

Tried to call to place an order, no one answered. The automated system texted me a link to order online. Get to check out and I can’t submit an order because it wants a shipping address… for pickup. Put it in and still can’t submit. Too cumbersome. Didn’t order.

I am beyond disgusted and displeased with the way my customer service was handled. I order my food and did not check it till I clocked in for work. Which I work 12 hour shifts. When I proceeded to open my food I started eating it and noticed a roach leg in my food! I was beyond shocked and disgusted. So I called Robotos and kindly asked to speak to a manger to tell them what happened and I asked for a refund of my money. The manager proceeded to tell me they don’t have any roaches and that the roach must’ve came from inside my car and into my food. Crazyyy right? Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never buy food from them again. Not once did the manager apologies after I told him I have a photo proof of it. He was reluctant to even give me a refund and told me he would make me another plate only if I came back the same day. I told him that wasn’t possible because I just got to work and I work a 12 hour shift. I didn’t even want another plate after seeing a roach leg sautéed in my food with all the oil. I just wanted a refund and that’s it. Terrible service especially from the manager.

Robotos on Mahan, yall better get it together. I have eaten here for years, but in the last 6 months, I have had 3 visits where the food quality is lacking. Yesterday, I took 3 bites of my steak hibachi with fried rice...and threw the rest away. I have stomach problems today :( meat wasn't fully cooked, rice tasted old, and overall presentation and taste just grossed me out. Yall can do better.

The wait for multiple meals was less than 10 minutes. All orders were accurate, hot, and yummy. The sauce bar was setup to reduce germ spreading and I appreciate that. I would eat here again. Although the mahi mahi was a bit dry the sauce helped. I like soft, juicy, flaky fish still. Anyways, customer service was good as well

This has happened twice at this location. My husband and I stopped in for lunch, we were there when they unlocked the doors so were their first customers. We ordered the orange chicken with fried rice, got our drinks and sat down. I watched as the guys at the counter packed AT LEAST a dozen or more to go boxes. And we waited. About 15 minutes after we sat down, other customers started coming into the restaurant. Within 5 minutes, their order was brought to them, and still we waited. After we had been there 25 minutes, and several other tables had received their order, I finally went to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. He gave me some stupid excuse and it was obvious he really didn't care. We finally got our order and I was very disappointed with the quantity and quality of our lunch. I don't know if this is a new manager at this location, but I won't be back.

This place is ok. The food portions used to be big when you ordered double meat, but not anymore. Also, it seems like even the regular portions are a little small. Even the amount of veggies you get with your meal seems like less than 1/2 cup.
Food doesn't taste as good as I used to when my husband & I tried it for the 1st time 3 years. It's not horrible, but I can tell there is definitely a difference. Instead of this being a place we want to come eat at alot, it's now a place we'll eat at if we happen to be in the mood for it or if we're on that side of town.

I got my usual plate of hibachi chicken with fried rice and mixed vegetables. The chicken and fried rice was as expected yet the mixed vegetables aren't nothing like what I'm use to. It looked like I got the bottom of the pot with scraps of tiny bits of mixed vegetables and not big chunky vegetables like I'm use to. Other than that, the customer service was good here and the great prices keep me coming back. Hopefully that was just a bad day though for the veggies since I never had an issue before with eating at Robotos.
