Sabor Fresh Mexican Food

1 Stars, only because I can't leave 0 stars. Liars and swindlers. They sold Gift Certificates through the local radio station, and have been since before the Covid shut down. Now since being shut down and hurting financially they are refusing to honor the gift certificates they sold. Insult to injury, they are also trying to claim that they did not authorize the sale of the certificates. Though denying it, the other owner took one from us a week previously and was no issue. When I told the second owner this she wouldn't bring him to the front to discuss the issue and turned our order away or asked we pay for it another way. So in short hard times hit and they lie to avoid having to honor their gift certificates. I know times are hard, but they collected the money when they sold, wasn't "we didn't authorize it " when they got the money. Very bad business, will not support the crooks. I hope COVID-19 buries their business for treating customers this way. Food is OK, Margaritas come from a slushy machine, and the chips they serve for the salsa & queso are terrible. So on top of crooks, food is just OK. I almost feel bad because the husband was nice and service was pretty good, it's the wife, 2nd owner that is the downfall of the operation.

Really nice mexican restaurant.. clean, fresh food 100% recommended. Staff is really friendly. Prices are a steal too!

The food here is amazing, love the carnitas especially. The bowls and tacos are so good!

After spending 15 mins looking for parking and running to the door through the rain, we come ti find out that the hours posted on google were innacurate.

Has no consideration for the fact it operates below an apartment complex. Music is incredibly loud at times that don’t coexist with working hours, when the apartment it operates below advertises itself as a college apartment. Not sure who thinks playing music late at night on tuesdays suits a successful college career, and they don’t even bother to respond when people call to complain about this. Have some consideration for god’s sake.

Sabor fresh mexican food the best food ??

After 4 attempts at finding an open restaurant in the area, we stumbled onto this place. We were so happily surprised! It seemed that every restaurant was closed by 9:00 on a Monday night. Sabor had amazing Mexican food and nice Margarita specials. The colorfully decorated space was fresh and clean. Great family owned and run business. Tania was warm and professional. Will definitely come back. And recommend for great food and value.

Awesome establishment so close to multiple off campus student apartments. Great prices and service. Offer lots of specials throughout the week.

They have delicious plates like the chicken quesadilla and the wings but in special the guacamole. Great customer service by Tanya, and we also try the frozen Margaritas.

Worst service and food. At least they're paying taxes except when they let me order something tax free. If I could put 0 stars in would. Don't trust them they aren't blood and they treat us as such.

Very rude staff, expensive food and fake deals. They claim to have buy one get one drinks but, they're $5 a piece or $9 for 2. Their trying to rip off and take advantage of all of the inexperienced customers mainly Florida State University students.

This place is wonderful! I always have a greattime and the atmosphere is to die for! Great food, drinks and service! The owner is the sweetest person ever. Definitely recommend going here! for a great experience!

Very clean and friendly place. Staff was polite and prompt. The food was okay, we did order american food though and not mexican, so i cant say that it was the best reflection of what they have offer. Id be willing to try it again.

I’ve only been twice so far and both times have been great! The food and drinks are yummy and affordable and the Latin nights are great for a date night
