Food is solid. Chefs know how to cook steak. Atmosphere is nice. Watress was good. 4-4.5 stars accross the board. My only critique is appetizer and especially desserts portions are extremely small.

The good: Fried oysters were 5 stars, also impressed by the fish dip
The bad: Giant flies all over the patio swarming my food. Deviled eggs were mediocre and tasteless. I got the ribeye (special of the day) medium rare, it came out well done and gray inside, and they didn’t have another to replace it with. I had never sent anything back to the kitchen… until that dinner. The server was sweet and apologetic though
I wanted this to be my go-to date night spot in town, but was disappointed with both the food and the space

This place hit on all cylinders tonight. Alison, our server, was so attentive and crafted a wonderful evening for us. The food was outstanding overall and we enjoyed a very relaxed, 3-hour meal with friends. This is what a great dining experience is all about.

While our waitress was pleasant today at lunch, it took 2 hours to have lunch there! After one hour and still no food, we inquired about how much longer and was told it was coming. Another 15 minutes went by before we were served. Dessert took another 15 minutes. We were the first people in the restaurant for lunch at 11:00 am. This is the fault of the kitchen, not the waitress. That said, the food was good - except perhaps too salty.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sage, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We began with the Caesar salad appetizer, which was crisp, fresh, and perfectly dressed without being overwhelming. For the main course, I ordered the prime ribeye, and it was absolutely outstanding—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. To finish, the chocolate cake dessert was rich, decadent, and the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Overall, Sage delivered on every level—excellent food, great atmosphere, and attentive service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience.
