Sam's Country Buffet

Very great staff. Place is small and quiet. Food was very delicious.

Absolutely horrible. This place makes golden corral seem like five star dining. No beef on the buffet whatsoever.(Unless you consider Mac a burger, beef). Everything that was supposed to be hot was cold by the time you walked over to your table. I’ve seen more seasonings in a retirement home. I had to ask cashier if they served pork or beef and she assured me they had pork chops. She had to yell into the kitchen for them to make some. When they came out, I knew right away that they were not pork chops. They were trash from the meat saw that were floured and called pork chops. My server brought my initial drink and didn’t ask again until she saw that I was ready to leave. How convenient for her. My recommendation is, “only eat here if you are starving and you can absolutely find nothing else open. “You’re better off to eat the $20 bill that you would waste here.

Good southern good. They try to keep up but sometimes things run out especially desserts which are not the best. Good fried chicken and fish complete with vegs and salad bar. Friendly atmosphere.

Food is delicious. Fried fish, chicken, gizzards, and okra are all as southern as it gets. This is NOT a Chinese restaurant. If you like soul food, you will like this place. A good variety of veggies too. Even the neck bone and broth is so delicious.

Whatever you do don't eat the gravy. Soap in it. It will upset your stomach.

Simple southern dishes-chicken, fish, salad, veggies.
Not a variety of desserts but the food is tasty, atmosphere & customer service are decent. Pricing is OK drinks make it pricy!
Overall decent, I don't like when the staff mops around the buffet of food that seems a little weird/unsanitary and the entire room could use a fresh look.

Good hot fresh southern cooked food. There wasn’t anything we tried from the Buffett we didn’t like! We come back if in the area!

Came back from the restroom and found a roach in my food I lost my appetite I will never go back here the place is nasty and you will end up with food poisoning
