They don’t listen when ordering ..the lady at the first just never minds what you say. Twice she didn’t scan my app for points after I told her initially. Then she says you should’ve told me before ordering ?

My favorite Japanese food in the Governor Square Mall.
I enjoy the shrimp and chicken teriyaki with white rice and veggies.
The staff is very friendly and the servings are large. They also have tea and soft drinks. Tell them Todd sent you. :)

My majority of my chicken was burnt/old it’s like they cooked fresh chicken and mixed the old pieces with it. This is my first time having this happen. Very disappointed

I eat Sarku Japan all over the US, they have locations in a lot of states, but this specific location cannot follow order details, and time before last there were Shards of finely chopped chicken bone in the meat. My 1 year old also eats with me, and it could have been emergency if I wasn’t the one who had their mouth cut open. One example below, no veggie, but yet again, I got veggies.

Food was ok, I'd eat there again. The lady at the front counter was kinda rude, when I asked about getting the sushi without the shellfish, she cut me off and told me no with an attitude before I could even say that I was allergic. They also cook everything on the same side of the grill with the same utensils, so be aware if you have allergies.
