The black male manager with the dreads that used to work here was always nice to customers and had orders ready. Unfortunately he seems the be the only one willing to work. These new guys are kind of lazy. They just stand around and chat and drink soda. They know their machine doesn't make a sound anymore when an order comes through and they're not checking it periodically to start the order, resulting in very long wait times.

I have had the most horrible experience today Sunday 12/28/25.. the guy with dreads and a woman can't even call her a lady. Were very rude to us and the other customers, not helpful I went back to get napkins after they were already rude when we ordered and they denied me the napkins because they said I didn't purchase pizza which I clearly did. I did tell them I can show them the food and also told them they are rude.. I would give 0 stars .. I will NEVER buy from there again

The crust was ok and the pepperoni was bussin but that’s the only good thing I had to say about the pizza. Too much sauce and cheese tastes like Chuck E Cheese and I mean that in a bad way. Sorry.

Well. Sbarro Pizza So Cool. My Favorite Pizza Is Cheese. My Girlfriend Julie Loves It.
EVERY TIME I come here the staff look completely confused that they’re getting customers and the food is never fresh. You’re in the mall….act like it. Imagine a busy Saturday afternoon and they make you wait 10-15 min For fresh food when all they have to do is stay on top of it and replace it when it looks mushy. They would much rather sit on their phones in the corner. SMH…literally ruined my lunch break

They have hot food out no one come up to take orders waited over 15 minutes for there to be no staff coming up absolutely sad and we not the only ones we'll moving on to a different restaurant in the mall more more people kept going over there waiting for staff and still nobody absolutely sad bad employee's
