Nothing fried. Real butter. Wonderful little known place for a sunset view and local oysters. One of our favorites.

Would have been more enjoyable if it had not been for a pop radio station playing over their sound system, with obnoxious commercials... noise pollution!

We were so excited to try this place out, given that waterfront locations are almost non-existent here. It has a cute hole in the wall vibe with lots of potential. When you walk in, you walk past a very dark bar that only serves beer and very outdated beer alternatives like Twisted Tea. If you are there to eat, you can sit outside in the front on picnic tables or on a screened deck in the back by the water. (The existence of actual water being dependent on the water level at Lake Jackson that day.) Hard to miss the Trump flag on the ceiling and sticker among the other stickers covering the porch walls. It definitely seems to be a place with regulars, many of whom smoke on the patio which we were not fans of since we were there to eat with kids. Sadly, the food was terrible and took a very long time to be made. They were out of hot dogs and fish. The burgers were frozen with zero flavor. The food was of poor quality and overpriced. If you want to drink beer and smoke cigarettes, this is the place for you. If you want good food and clean air, keep looking.
Kid-friendliness: Not at all, cigarette smoke everywhere
Owners are great People. food and beers are great too.
Stopped in while passing through the area for lunch. We had some steamed shrimp, a dozen steamed oysters, smoked Amberjack dip, and was very impressed with it all.

It's such a cute little hidden gem. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had the parmesan garlic oysters and blue crab fingers. So delicious! Their cocktail sauce was different and had a nice spice to it. The portions definitely filled us up. The bonus was that they had a cute patio to sit on, which had pretty views. Will definitely go back.

Cute place and Atmosphere was nice. Wasn't busy and closed at 7pm. Oysters with butter, garlic and parm cheese were amazing. Fish of day was already out and not a selection to choose from. Order crab claws x 2 as they came by 1 pound portion. Another hard to slide off when biting them. Just seemed like bottom of barrel selection. I feel they could of had more seafood choices.Server, Debra was friendly and made our stay pleasant.
