Very disappointed with the new onion rings that Corporate decided to replace onion straws with!!! No flavor and tasted like frozen . Service was over 30 minutes. Our favorite place for a burger meal has now become our last. Why would you decide to stop providing the best onion straws anywhere???very disappointing for Tallahassee and those of us to come here especially for that. Burgers good and beefy!

Out of everything we wanted to order...milkshakes..sweet potato fries and fries brussel sprouts...the burgers were actually good but not spectacular...my kids chicken tenders were dark brown...dark brown and the greasiest tater tots ever...I think they just refried the chicken tenders and tater tots to warm them back up..will not be back at this location

But,The outside tables def needs to be wipedcuz just pollen on all the tables.Potential to be a good spot but wasn’t it.

Onion rings were burnt and was cooked in a very old oil. It was disgusting.French fries were soaked with oil, it was not edible.Instead eating, throw them away.I will never order from smashburger ever.

Worst burger ever. Waste of money. So much mayonnaise on it that it was oozing out all over the wrapper and sides of burger. Completely smothered in mayonnaise. Burger over cooked and sweet potato fries were cold and soggy. Totally disgusting. Ate a few bites and then gave the patty to my dogs. Dumped the rest. Waste of money. Place was dirty as well. Never going back.
