I love smoothie king! I visit this location all the time , and I never had a bad experience until this evening , female staff was extremely rude for no reason .

This is one of the best smoothie kings in Tallahassee!! The workers are nice, patient and I always have a great conversation when I order. They know my order by heart and all I have to do is scan my app and pay! Great service, very clean store, fresh fruit, healthy ingredients and it can’t get no better than that. Great work!

Got here at 8:59 on August 19, and the female worker was so rude… like unnecessarily rude, looked inside and there was no customers either, she definitely was just too lazy to make one more smoothie and they technically do close at 9, we got there before and even if she just didn’t want to make the smoothie, she could’ve been nicer, customer service was awful. I’ve had four jobs in food service, she was just being a lazy rude worker

When I want a quick light treat, smoothie king is always my go-to! The drive thru is also helpful when I have my younger kids and I just need convenience.

Terrible customer service, was willing to pay double to create my own smoothie and was told cooperate does not allow this. Contacted corporate and told otherwise
The cashier Kaleese was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! She literally threw my drink at me, she made my order wrong and she made my experience horrible. I will never go back

You people that work here are slow as hell
My husband and I frequent the Northe Monroe location at least 5 out ofn7 days a week. Tonight, we placed an order before they closed and raced over to the location as we knew they were closing 9pm our order was going to be ready at 8:44 so after paying on the app we went to the window as to not disturb the employees closing. The attitude that I received at the window was awful!!!!! If my husband (who is in Law Enforcement) was not with me... I would have asked for a refund. The young lady came to the window. Told me... next time stop to the intercom... slammed the window went to retrieve our items and bought them back. As a Mother and African American woman it was the lack of curiosity from this young African American young lady. Race is not the factor, but I say it so if is not confused with any other employee that may have been there.I rarely write bad reviews, because most times I just blow it off. However, we spend a great deal of money in your business and we thought you should know.

I frequent the Smoothie King off of Tennessee and get the same thing everytime. I tried this location on my way to work and decided to put my quarters to use. Went through the drive thru—-There were 3 African American girls (which makes it worse) working and I could hear the one helping me laughing the whole time as she’s counting my money. The total came out to 10.75 I gave her 11 in quarters. She gave me a penny back. I sat there for a sec thinking whether I should say something and I decided to. Another girl came to the window and I politely let her know I believe I was given the wrong change. She with a slight attitude asked for the penny back. She came back with the quarter and I said thank you …..she said nothing to me.I felt like it was a crime that I had used my quarters. I thank God I’m in a great financial state because imagine if I wasn’t. I want to encourage these young ladies to be careful with how they handle customers.
