At approximately 4:15pm i went in to place an order , Wasn’t greeted or asked to take my order by the register , Black girl who took my order didn’t have a great attitude , she stared at me instead of asking was i ready to place order , when my order was ready she walked away with an attitude didn't receive a have a nice day or any time of greetings from this young lady .

You know it’s a damn shame that when you pay $10 for a smoothie and there’s about 35% that’s going to be thrown away which is I guess overage and they won’t give you a damn cup to take the rest of it home with you it pisses me off. I probably will never come back. It might be Company policy, but it sucks. The other smoothie shop in town gives me the leftover with no questions I ask I mean, I was always taught don’t throw stuff away. Don’t ever throw good food away. That’s a shame to just dump it in the damn garbage can whenever there’s somebody that’s asking for it and wanting it and they are a customer of yours. You might want to think about changing your policy

This review is not of smoothie king but the app itself. It does not work well and the fact that they don't give you the discount on Friday anymore unless you have the app is insidious. I caved and got the app, couldn't get it to work. I hate technology sometimes and really hate how they basically extort you into downloading it.

This is one of my favorite places to go! 😊 The one on Thomasville Rd is also great! But this one knows me like family. Having worked at a smoothie King myself, I can pick up on the great attitudes and customer service skills that we all need after a long day. 10/10 service, I’ll come back often!

Good place! Actually no, GREAT place. The gals and guy that work here always have a good attitude and the smoothies are always made how I like them and per instructions. I recommend going inside as the drive thru menu doesn’t seem to have as many options. They always remember me and remember that I bring my own straw! I highly recommend the ostrich jerky too. The only thing I can complain about and it’s not the staff‘s fault but there aren’t as many options for customizing/building your own smoothie and they don’t carry things like agave nectar but that’s something corporate should take note of. Thank you Smoothie King! WAY better than Tropical Smoothie.

Every experience at this particular locations is normally pleasant. However tonight I experienced a rude, unprofessional & unpleasant employee. While trying to place my order, the employee was rushing me & cutting me off while I was speaking. When I addressed her action she didn't respond, just gave me the order and walked away. Please speak with your employees about being more professional.

This is one of the best smoothie kings in Tallahassee!! The workers are nice, patient and I always have a great conversation when I order. They know my order by heart and all I have to do is scan my app and pay! Great service, very clean store, fresh fruit, healthy ingredients and it can’t get no better than that. Great work!

Got here at 8:59 on August 19, and the female worker was so rude… like unnecessarily rude, looked inside and there was no customers either, she definitely was just too lazy to make one more smoothie and they technically do close at 9, we got there before and even if she just didn’t want to make the smoothie, she could’ve been nicer, customer service was awful. I’ve had four jobs in food service, she was just being a lazy rude worker
