This place is GREAT! Finally, I found a cafe that actually makes smoothies from natural ingredients. Nothing is prepackaged or pre-made in some juice form with added sugars. They're able to actually tell me exactly what is going into the smoothie (which they did right away when I asked) because they use simple and fresh ingredients. I had the Peanut Butter and Chocolate Smoothie (Bub's Peanut Butter Blast Smoothie) which was amazing!!! I could've added any of the multiple supplements they offer or substituted/added some ingredients that are also on the long list on the board, but opted for keeping it as is. Overall, it had the perfect consistency of being creamy and smooth with no ice chunks! It was blended to perfection and did not separate at all while I was studying and enjoying the BLT I got. The BLT was simple, but hit the spot with the crunchy bacon, toasted whole grain bread, and fresh produce. I would definitely go back for the food and for the atmosphere that the workers provide. They were all super friendly, helpful, talkative, and assisted me in every way since I was in crutches at the time. Definitely great costumer service!! Please go here and check it because I would go here over Smoothie King and Tropical Smoothie Cafe ANY DAY!

This was a great experience! An up and coming smoothie location with a real "family" feel. All smoothies are made with fresh fruits, and if you'd like sweeteners with your smoothie(I LOVED mine without), they have other options besides sugar. Nice location near appalachee parkway, ....and they even have a smoothie truck! For those who love a deal, there's also a loyalty program! Definitely one of my new fave spots.

The smoothies are great but none of the staff used gloves. The fruit was grabbed with bare hands, so were the straws. The owners son (looked about ten years old) was assisting and went from playing a game on his phone to grabbing fruit for my smoothie. Seemed unsanitary especially with flu going around. However I still took my chances and drank the smoothie, the Green Machine (I think that’s the name) tasted amazing!

I was thoroughly pleased with my first visit today @ Smoothie Time. My turkey, egg and cheese on a croissant along with my B's PB Blast (smoothie with peanut butter, bananas, chocolate and protein) was a perfect 10. 10+ along with the service provided. This is a must go to local establishment!?

Extremely pleased with my pre-workout smoothie! Refreshing and delicious great consistency and smoothness, today I got the grasshopper which consisting of green apple kale and mango I added protein what a great shake to start my day highly recommend this place. I also love that it's right next to the gym.

It all started when a colleague brought this amazing looking sandwich. I just had to try! Might I say I was not disappointed... I got a Sarai's Surprise and Ma Dear's Chicken Salad Sandwich felt like my grandma made it herself great portion, great taste, and a decent price point for everything being made homemade definitely a well kept secret. Also took a picture of the Club will definitely try next time

It is locally owned and delicious! This was my second time here. They put actual fruit in the smoothies, no added sugar unless you want it. The consistency is smooth and the price competitive.
