Never again! Spent 53 dollars for the whole family and order was incorrect. Missing pork tater tots. We were the only people there! Chicken sandwich was also rotten and inedible. We tried to call the store but it doesn't ring and says voicemail is full.

Typically I don't have a great time when I come here but I'm glad I did today. Garrett took my order and was very professional, I understood what he said and he sounded like he genuinely cared. He brought the food and was very nice and polite. This experience will probably make me want to come back.

I placed my order at the drive through and set there for 7min and nobody came to the window for the 1 car that was before me, I don't know how long they were sitting there. I left.

Still cold and hot!Parking: Pull up next to any ordering board and enter the space # in your app, and the board will display the progress of your order. In this case, it greeted me by name and told me the order was ready and on it's way out to me, which it was!
The gentleman in the drive thur with braces, orange locs had great service, very kind. A worker you should keep. November 14 around 8:45

We were the only car there and we received the wrong order and old stale food. The food was not good at all and we had to throw it out! Also, the cashier dissappeared with our bank card for a while so thats a bit concerning too. There are plenty of restaurants in the area so do yourself a favor and skip this location.

I purchased a slush and breakfast burrito. The slush was supposed to be a strawberry lemonade but it only tasted of a sweet syrup. The burrito has burnt black pieces all throughout the burrito! This was back on 9/13 I contacted support and I only received an apology and saying they will send this to the drive through support?? No refund or store credit! I submitted photos and contacted customer support like 4times and nothing

My first time visiting, I ordered a milkshake and an ice cream cone for my grandchildren. The wait time was not bad at all. But when the young lady brought me my items, she brought no condiments such as napkins. I asked her for napkins, and she looked at me as if I didn't need them and said she would be back. I waited for about 2 6 with only two other cars in line. She never returned. I just don't understand why businesses higher young adolescents with no training.

Ordered online ahead and ended up waiting for 30 minutes. I eventually pressed the red button to see if the food was coming out soon and right after I did is when the food came out. Only to learn that the Ice cream machine was broken and that I wouldn’t be getting a refund since it was through the app. I’ve had bad service in the past here usually there’s always something missing from my order. If you want Sonic I would recommend going to another location.

I cannot rate this low enough. My average wait is no less than 25 minutes and that's ordering ahead. This time when they brought it out they gave it to the wrong vehicle. This isn't the first time my app order has gone to the wayside but it will be the lst.
