When there to pick up an order.And I had three drinks , and they would not give me a drink holder, because I didn't have enough drinks. Then the woman said she would ask the manager and the manager said he would give me one this time, but next time he won't, and then I watched the manager walk out with a drink holder holding his 2 drinks. And I asked him, and he said, because he was the manager.Horrible customer service would not recommend to my enemy

Very rude to my grandmother in the drive through the old country dude on the headset needs to fix his attitude barely anyone’s ever here sorry u work at sonic at ur old age but dont take it out on my grandma …. The girl in the drive through was super nice and gave great customer service while the grown man was yelling at her in the back …she did a great job. Sorry u have to work with him .

I like songs basic hamburger joint, it's way better than White Castle and I'm sitting outside but I really like however if you really wanted to sit inside because it was hot or too cold that would be the bummer. I do like a service here because the people usually nice and I really enjoyed the burgers though they're small. Ample parking and there are many things for kids to do and eat. It is all on the same level so I believe it is wheelchair friendly. I am not sure

I ask for some lime wedges at the drive thru window and the individual says he will have to charge for extra limes, I state I doubt it will break the bank. He then informs me that nothing is free and that likes are $60 a case 😆 ok, as if that's my problem. Whether I pay or do not pay for limes, the real issue is the attitude. Asking for something that is not routine or expected should not be the excuse for unprofession conduct. I thanked this person for providing an unpleasant experience. I didn't go to Sonic because I need to be concerned of the price of limes or to be advised nothing is free. Can do without any of that

None of the kiosks really worked. I tried 3. Had to go to the drive thru just to get half what I paid in food. Meaning I got all my food just in half quantities, large fry cart small fry worth etc…. Everything was also pretty room temperature also. All around won’t be going back here unless I want a slush or drink.

Shaunika was great. Amazing customer service. She even came to my car to assist me with ordering online. The food was hot & fresh. 10 out of 10 highly recommend because I haven't eaten at Sonic in years, she made it memorable.

We got the Sonic x Grillo's Pickles meal and everything was soooo yummy. I wish they'd keep it all year around. The pickle chips are soooo crispy and yummy. The tots were super seasoned and the pickle slushie with the popping bubbles of pickle juice were to die for. Sonic is always a go for us!

I was the ONLY car for 30mins. I pushed the button they cleared it twice. NO HELP! I called because the hell im the ONLY CAR sitting out here for 30mins in the middle of the damn day. Someone answer the phone telling me to use drive thru. Shut the damn store down!! Everytime I make it a goal not to go to sonic because it’s ridiculous. The owner simply will respond apologizing but the store is still terrible.
