This will be my last review of Sonic at this location. Because I will not be doing business with them again in the future. I was in their drive through line for over 45 minutes. The wait was very long. I ordered a large Cheddar pepper, a medium caramel milk shake, and a pup cup. First they handed me someone else's order. Then they handed me cheddar peppers that were cold. Then they handed me a vanilla shake with a small drizzle of caramel. I returned it and requested the caramel shake on their menu. They said this is the caramel shake. The shake was a vanilla shake. I don't like vanilla. No explanation for false advertising. No apologies. And of course, I regret wasting so much time and money, just to be so unhappy with the overall experience, the service, and the items. Sonic has been going downhill for many years, but I've finally had enough of the nonsense. I do not recommend this place. And if you enjoy CARAMEL SHAKES, this place will scam the crap out of you, and give you vanilla, and gaslight you, to try and convince you it's caramel, when it's NOT.

Drive thru. Your styrofoam cups smelled of fresh dog feces. That or the ice cream. Reeked! Also, don't assume I don't want my change back. Present times we need every cent.

Food was hot and good but the service was very slow on Capital circle. I do believe they were understaffed and or training new employees maybe. Some of their menu boards were broken so I had to use the drive thru today. Maybe that is what made the difference
I say it's more of a hit and miss as far as experience but majority that I've had so far were pretty good here, I also want to say they got some great staff

I'm literally trapped in the drive thru line. Been here 30 min. I'd have left a long time a go but no one's moving. I haven't seen a car leave the drive thru or parking lot since we got here.

They are slow, rude and unprofessional. The food is nasty and they look as if they walked out the woods. Managers need training. They should have stayed closed.

They are either severely apathetic or understaffed. It took ten minutes for them to get me my Cherry Limeade with only one person ahead of me in the drive-through. No apology or even acknowledgement of my wait was made. Completely unacceptable.

I order my wife a plain chicken and I'm asked if I want Mayo and I just in a nice tone I said no just Lettuce and after sitting at the window for like 20 mins, I finally get our food and I pull up and check everything and of course it's never 100% right. Sandwich has just pickle on it so went around, confirmed just Lettuce and of course checked it just Lettuce on it so drive all the way home abiut 20 kins bc don't have one on my side of town and wife takes a bite and it's the same one they took the pickle off and replaced it with Lettuce. Good thing my wife isn't allergic to. Stop being lazy
