We ordered our food for carry out so had minimal service & atmosphere exposure. However, the food was packed correctly, was hot & tasted fresh 😋. I feel you really do get your money's worth.

On Thursday September 11th 2025 we were at the drive-thru in line for about 15 minutes and continued to see people leaving I finally decided to call while in line and was told that a huge catering had come in and they don't have time to serve the people at the drive-thru. I asked well what do I do and she said well if you want to be served I guess come in. I think this is a terrible way to service your customers. At least put a notice stating that they are closed for the time being on the drive-thru.

I do not appreciate the employees here telling me it's going to be 2 seconds for me to pick up an order and I'm sitting here according to my stopwatch 18 1/2 minutes later. There's a very kind sweet woman here who will tell you a sweet lie that it will be 2 seconds. Nope. She lies to manipulate and therefore steal your informed choice to stay or leave. It's infuriating. I've worked and trained in hospitality for decades and we warn our employees to never over promise any ETA. This occurred after not being helped for over 5 minutes. Will not return
