Good BBQ. The sliced beef brisket was really good and so was the pulled pork sandwich although it could have used less BBQ sauce. My daughter had the mac n cheese with the pulled pork on top. She loved it. My son got the covered tots. If you love fried food, this is a great choice. The service was good. The prices were about average for a BBQ place. We went right before closing so there was no wait time. It seems like a fun place to go with kids as they have crayons and coloring pages for the kids.

First time getting a steak burger at this location. Best I've had at any Sonny's anywhere. Asked for extra lettuce and tomato, and they loaded the box up. Got okra as the side and it was fantastic, fresh out, big, hot and crunchy (best I've had at any BBQ joint).

I Purchased the 19.95 Brisket with coleslaw slaw and beans and the beans were good, the rest was fair. The brisket had a excessive amount of FAT which I know meat has fat. The irony of things was the way they presented the bill. I have nothing against technology but when I was presented the bill I was presented the hand held device as the waitress held in her hand showing me the items on the order fast, and asked if I wanted a receipt. I said of course I do. That's when I saw this .50 cent charge for cutting the brisket. WOW next I may see where they charge a fee for using there utensils. That's more than charging for water.

I got the loaded tots and they forgot the sauce, queso and onion straws, but they were inedible either way. Cooked in bad oil and had that awful old burnt oil after taste. Brisket sandwich was meh but I didn't have a problem with it.

If your going to hire a waiter, then train him/her. Ordered bbq egg rolls today, and they were brought to table without the sauce. When we asked where the sauce was, he had no idea what we were talking about. Furthermore, if your customers food is burnt, dont bring it out
