Why order online only to show up and still wait over 45 mins., watched several people walk out. Then when I finally got my order and got home my sides were missing. This was the worse service I've ever received from sonny's. This was the Sonny's on N Monroe st. Tallahassee Fl.

Today I called in a large order for my family. The young lady was so nice and respectful. Once I got to the restaurant I was greeted by MARIAH!! She was so sweet, top tier customer service. MARIAH even helped me carry the food and drinks to the car!! GREAT CUSTOMER

The sweet tea was very sweet. We had to ask for some unsweet tea & a glass of ice to try and balance it out. The food was all excellent. The restaurant seemed short staffed, but they were doing the best they could.
