I am always posting food so today I critique this plate the price was decent $35 with a 16 oz sweet Tea not pictured because it was gone before I left the parking lot.. ok.. the greens flavor good just too hard.. macaroni need some more consistency it was too dry.... TAILs need a little more flavor and the meat was a little tough... cake moist.. cornbread to dry... 3 out 10 ain't probably going back again ....Tallahassee Southern Bella's

Hubby ordered the chicken, over rice. He said it was too spciy. He did dad say that he bet it was good without all the spice. Cornbread is amazing! I ordered veggies- sweet potatoes and mac n cheese were yummmmy, greens were great! Be prepared to get a lot of food! :)

The food was ok macaroni and collard greens wasn't good had to fix it at home could have been a lil more welcoming the kids at the register checking me out was a lil no no for me but over all the places was clean

I ordered 3 plates 2 weeks ago , baked chicken needed more seasoning dry on inside , also pork chop was bland , mac and cheese and yams were great. I didn't care for the peach cobbler could've been better, pound cake made up for it. I would still return and try other items , just think meats need more seasoning, but all side items were great

A hidden Gem on the Southside of Tallahassee. I searched for Sunday lunch Tallahassee and found this little spot on the map. This is delicious food, the cabbage, collard greens, Mac and cheese, pork chops and smothered chicken. Heavy plates, I've got two meals out of one plate. This is the good I love and I don't have time to make it.

The food was pretty good, very seasoned. I got the smothered chicken, man n cheese alongside collard greens. The smothered chicken was a bit dry, on the flip side the Mac n cheese was to die for. I’d highly recommend, and would try a different meat next time!

I happened upon this restaurant by making a u-turn through their lot..... This place is such a hidden gem on the southern end of Tallahassee & Leon County! The plates are loaded (which is way more of portion sizes that are recommended for the average adult); yet you don't have to eat it all in one sitting. One plate can easily feed 2! I'm saying that so you know that you ARE getting your money's worth and much more. When you go just remember that it's NOT fast food; everything is freshly cooked from scratch using their own recipes. To boot the friendly faces and inviting environment makes this place worthy of your biz..... THAT ? cobbler!!! ?

Great soul food!! I had the turkey wings, greens, cornbread dressing, and yams…it was superb!! Will definitely be my go to spot on a Sunday
