I want ever go back to spear's. The last few times i got crabs. There was something wrong with them. They tasted funny and they didn't look right. They tasted old and nasty. I'm going to Mike's seafood from now on.

Oh and the FISH LOOKED OLD LIKE IT WAS FISH THAT WASHED ASHORE DURING RED TIDE! So you really did us a favor and we will not be coming back. Kat Johnson I definitely can agree with you 100%.
If I could give 0 stars I would I purchased 5lbs of crawfish on yesterday they were bad and the meat was so dry inside, they were closed so I kept them to take them back for a refund I called to inform them of the situation and they proceeded to tell me they were supposed to be like this! Never have I purchased crawfish and they’ve been this way the the lady said she wasn’t going to argue with me and hung up they have bad attitudes and will never see another cent of mine!!

Usually I would leave a wonderful review. Have always loved them. However today upon entering the raggedy hag behind the counter starts rambling about how she been there all day and they " ain't cutting no more fish". The sign behind the counter clearly says the stop at 645pm. Worse service I've ever received from this establishment. Older woman who is always very polite just looked as if she couldn't say anything and proceeded to go puff that cancer stick like they don't have a business to maintain. I have always enjoyed the family atmosphere and politeness/openness of the staff today was not that day. When you have a business and their are people who wholeheartedly love and support that business a bad experience can make or break the way they feel regarding the establishment. Everybody has bad days but the way you treat your regular customers means a whole lot

I’ve been here before but it’s been a while since I’ve had crabs so i thought I was in luck when I called and they said they had some they’re roughly $30 a dozen now($28.99) but when you love em that’s nothing I spent right at $100 but I got several things. 2-red snappers, 10oz cup of oysters, 1lb of crawfish and 1dz of crabs ? the crabs. The oysters were good the red snapper was also some of the crawfish were previously dead because the tail was straight when I went to cook them that sometimes happens when catching them but you’re supposed to separate and discard those but they scooped em so it was no way for me to tell at the time of purchase but when I tell you the crabs was a disaster they are hollow when I say no meat I mean none I’m so disappointed especially for $30 I mean I wasn’t expecting jumbo but these don’t even seem like they were alive when I got them but again they put ice on em and I asked for extra ice because I had to drive back to Georgia and we all know ice pits them to sleep or in freeze mode but they are so hollow definitely not worth $2 not to mention $30 that’s too much money for what I received for anyone to get.

Bout two red snapper and my wife had them filet them! What jerk who ever did this. 36.00 for something you can barely eat! The back bone side has more meat the any of it. It’s really unacceptable. Take care in your job or take a hike!
