Well, we might have a new winner. I’ve been to A couple hundred Starbucks up and down the east coast every year last year we had a winner of the creepiest Starbucks that I have ever been to and guess what Tallahassee Florida take the gigantic trophy. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever seen. The look is good when you come in you have 19 people working. I came in five days in a row. I was never greeted once I Stood at the cash register was never greeted. Never got to order left after five minutes. Thanked them came back the next day in the drive-through and was never acknowledged once still got the order. If the store is managed, they are not getting their moneys worth the manager should be returning with every worker here A complete overhaul but whatever it sucks that we have a problem and you just can’t get it peacefully hell they can’t even give her a thank you for spending money. Kudos to the Starbucks on Orange Avenue and Michigan Street in Orlando the best one on the East Coast and their manager will tell you he knows how to run an awesome shop.

This is a plea to the manager to please train the employees how to make the vanilla sweet cream cold brew. My job moved down here last week and the first time I got it, it was perfect. The next two times it tasted like diesel fuel. I physically watched the guy make it today and he poured black cold brew all the way to the top and then the smallest splash of cream I’ve ever seen. I had to ask for an entire side cup of cream to get it to a normal color and then of course there was no vanilla flavor.
Please make it like every other Starbucks and stop making it 99.5% black!

Today is my birthday and it’s been rough. I come to Starbucks often but I don’t use the app. I asked the woman working this morning if there were anything for birthdays. Even though I couldn’t get it through the app she accommodated me. She wrote HAPPY BIRTHDAY on my cup and got me a birthday cake cake pop. I appreciate her so much. Something so “small” was so big to me and I just wanted to say thank you to that young lady. Starbucks - you’re doing a good job!!!! Young woman you’re doing an even better job!!!!!!
I waited for ten minutes in front of the baristas and no one offered me help, it was as if I were invisible.

Just had a really bad customer service experience at a place that traditionally provides good service. I ordered an iced matcha latte, but when I get to the drive thru window, I was given a hot latte. I kindly told the server that it I had ordered an iced drink. She apologized and offered to remake it. As I was sitting there, I hear her exclaim with the window open and sufficient volume for me to hear“I heard hot. ” while rolling her eyes. Her coworker chimed in “ It’s cold outside. Why would you want an iced drink?” Blatantly disrespect behavior from staff whose job it is to provide quality service. It was an anomaly at a place that usually provides good service, but enough to ruin the customer experience.
