Just had a really bad customer service experience at a place that traditionally provides good service. I ordered an iced matcha latte, but when I get to the drive thru window, I was given a hot latte. I kindly told the server that it I had ordered an iced drink. She apologized and offered to remake it. As I was sitting there, I hear her exclaim with the window open and sufficient volume for me to hear“I heard hot. ” while rolling her eyes. Her coworker chimed in “ It’s cold outside. Why would you want an iced drink?” Blatantly disrespect behavior from staff whose job it is to provide quality service. It was an anomaly at a place that usually provides good service, but enough to ruin the customer experience.

I go to this star bucks drive thru almost daily. normally everything is great. Today I went through the drive thru as usual. The employee at the window usually sticks the CC reader out of the window. I check the tip box and tap my card. Today however, the employee who I did not recognize from my prior visits took my card inside the window, Which I thought was odd because they never have before. I went straight home and didn’t use my card anywhere else. 4hrs later several unauthorized transactions were made on my card to PayPal and caring cent.

I come here a lot! I always order ahead and they have it ready in 10 minutes or less. They always get it right!!!! They are super busy during school season so I dont Recommend the drive through at all. Not so busy in the summer. One of the best Starbucks I’ve been too.
