While my youngest son was in the hospital for about a week, I stopped by this store at least these times a day as my wife and myself haven’t slept and needed an energy boost. This team always was there with a smile and a nice cup of cold brew and most all of the times also checked in on our baby. Cay, Kendall, Hannah, Paris, and Lilly and so many of their co workers is the reason this is the most successful Starbucks in Tallahassee. These people make a corporate coffee chain have a small town homey atmosphere. Thank you Starbucks carriage gate 👏

Despite a large crowd service was fast and friendly, always great coffee
Dining in, we had to wait for 20 minutes. Worse than that, my cup had no name on it (I had ordered a grande hot caramel macchiato) and it came in 2 cups! I had to ask if this was mine and why it came in 2 cups. Poor service!

Delicious. Always great service and coffee. Enjoying the Pumpkin Spice lattes right now. Def enjoy the vanilla lattes as well. Store is always clean and plenty of seating. Service is quick. Servers are friendly.
