Worth it to order ahead on the app at this location and avoid the drive-thru. If you go through the drive-thru, the employee hands you a device to run your own card instead of just taking it and swiping like literally anywhere else. You’re left squinting at a sun-glared screen while they stand there waiting for you to add a tip—for a drive-thru drink. Completely unnecessary. There is no situation where tipping in a drive-thru for one overpriced drink makes any sense.

This past Sunday( 6/9/25) I brought my daughter to this location for her favorite drink! We went through the drive through and had the BEST customer service experience! From the time she took our order till the time she gave us our order, were IMPRESSED! It feels good to finally encounter someone understands good customer service is essential! It was almost like watching myself so experiencing the same type of service that I provide when I'm at work was very rewarding! I didn't want to ask her name because I didn't want her to know that I wanted to do a review, but she was in the drive-thru Sunday morning and she had on a black hat with some words on her apron. I didn't get all the words but I think coffee master was on there! This will be our ONLY Starbucks location unless we're out of town! Thank you so much for great service, humor, and your beautiful smile! Another thing, when she closed the drive- thru window she made sure we knew she wasn't ignoring us but she was blocking the sun!

Went at 3:30 and ordered a venti iced shaken brown sugar espresso, left without tasting it because I figured since they were dead they’d be able to make this correctly. Unfortunately they didn’t add any of the brown sugar syrup so it was straight espresso and milk. Gross. If you can’t make one of the easier drinks when it’s dead I shudder to think of what you guys are like when it’s busy.

Jennifer you make everyone’s day, I missed you at the window today but I was informed that you were there being wherever you were needed. Even my ten year old daughter said where is that nice lady but saw a smiley face on her cup and said “that was her who did that, I know it “😂 Eventhough it probably wasn’t you the fact that she associates a smiley face with you says a lot. You are a beautiful person and Starbucks is so lucky to have you!
The coffee has no flavor, the one from any gas station is better, and the price is very high, don't come here.

This guy is very unfriendly and bad customer service and rude. Long face like he is angry at the world. Why doesn't he just get another damn job is my question? I can't stand people who work in customer service who act this way. Mean face and just not nice at all. I was just in here the other day and everyone was happy but today everyone looked miserable. He brought down my good mood with his terrible unfriendly personality. I don't care how good he can make drinks, what matters in all establishments is to be polite and look happy and don't be rude He did not even say hello or tell me when my order was ready. He also did not start the online order until I walked in. Very rude is all I have to say about this person. 👎
