I would like to share my concern regarding the current service practice I’ve observed at several of your locations — specifically, the consistent prioritization of mobile orders over in-store orders. While I understand and appreciate the convenience and efficiency that mobile ordering provides, the current system often results in an imbalanced and frustrating experience for customers who take the time to order in person. In multiple instances, I have placed an in-store order only to watch numerous mobile orders — some placed well after mine — being prepared and completed first. This not only causes unnecessary delays but also gives the impression that in-store customers are treated as a lower priority. For a brand that emphasizes inclusivity, connection, and customer experience, this approach undermines those values. I respectfully urge Starbucks to review its workflow and consider implementing a more equitable system that balances mobile and in-person service. Every customer, regardless of how they order, should feel valued and fairly treated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. they mess up our order almost every time and the drinks always taste different either too strong or too watery. also made a mobile pickup order and waited for 15 minutes while they made everyone else’s drinks that came after we did, just for the drinks to not even be correct when we got to the car.

Wow. Just wow! Terrible management - employees move at a snail’s pace. I counted 13 to go order people waiting at one point myself included - with nobody coming in off the street to order at the counter. So what’s the issue? Take a field trip to NYC and go into a Starbucks - and watch true baristas in action - no appreciable wait no matter how many people are in line.
