Only giving one star because I can't give zero. Never coming back to this location. Can't even acknowledge customers and or take a second to hear what they are saying knowing they are talking to you. Tried asking/talking to the guy with the cat ears making my coffee - I ordered the wrong drink on accident, I wanted it cold not hot and he just said that's how you ordered it and dismissed me like it don't matter. I understand things get busy, I'm in retail But that was ridiculous. Not fair to pay 10$ for a drink I won't drink especially after trying to get it fixed. I knew I should have said something to the manager who was interviewing someone but I didn't want to disturb him.

There is no starbucks in the Publix plaza (writing this from the location). The Starbucks in all of the photos is across the street at 1960 Gainesboro Dr. You can check the Starbucks app for verification.
Edit: Google still has not merged the 2 listings (per my edits), only changed the location marker. Threw me off once again in my travels to this area. Hope this helps someone; it's correct location is not easily seen from publix plaza.
*you're supposed to update your listing, not create a new one. Help remove the garbage from Google maps...

I come here frequently because it’s close to my job but they’re usually pretty busy. I always order online to prevent a long wait time but when I got there today my order wasn’t ready, I wasn’t running late for work or anything and they had quite a few people in there, so it didn’t bother me much. I stood there for probably 15ish minutes before my food was ready (my drink was ready immediately as I walked in) and on my way out a nice gentleman gave me a $4 off gift card for my wait. Really made my day! Thank you so much! I hope y’all have a happy holiday and Merry Christmas!
