They always have such a creative drink menu based on the seasons, holidays, or other events in town. The best drink I’ve ever had from Starbucks was here and created by one of the baristas!! (I think it was called “the frat boy”) Also went today and they wrote “xoxo go sip girl” on my bf’s cup and it was so funny and cute. Definitely recommend. <3
Aniyah and Victoria were beyond amazing and helped me find a new drink, after my previous drink was discontinued. 10/10 stars to you both!!
I walked from FSU to Target where Starbucks is located just for a Green Tea Frappuccino.

This is a small cafe for our quick refreshments with popular Starbucks drinks and snacks to enjoy in the middle of the busy day inside Target Store.

Gabby was very rude when i came through the drive through the other day. I wanted to modify my order, and she told her co-workers to act like they didn’t hear me at the drive-thru. Do better girly! :)

Great Service
This location is always slow, even when they aren’t busy. This location is mostly run by college students who would rather be doing literally anything else. The employees @ the N Monroe Starbucks are always so cheerful this one is depressing.
Good customer service. Coffee good also.

Great customer service!
Coffee was delicious, hot and served with a smile. They even ask how my day was going. One of the ladies talked to my son about school.
Decent coffee and never any wait. They for some reason don’t have the QR code scanner so you can’t pay with the Starbucks app or get any points. It’s a good option if you don’t want to sit in the middle of Tennessee street waiting for the other Starbucks drive through.
This Starbucks was out of all types of sugar packets. Their solution was to charge me an additional 80 cents to get my latte over $7. Apparently, the reward for bad ordering is increased sales.
Little slow and not enough flavor
