Sneaky remark after all I did was ask the cashier if they were able to make my order because the app was showing that the sugar cookie drink had a âchoose a store for availabilityâ and my pick up status stated everything was ready to go. I would have happily changed my order to something else if they were out because I just wanted to enjoy some seasonal coffee and had time on my hands to do so. Thought these were supposed to be inspirational quotes or cute drawings but the employee took her time to write âBe patient â¤ď¸â in a situation where I thought I was being respectful and considerate? In nice handwriting too.

They always have such a creative drink menu based on the seasons, holidays, or other events in town. The best drink Iâve ever had from Starbucks was here and created by one of the baristas!! (I think it was called âthe frat boyâ) Also went today and they wrote âxoxo go sip girlâ on my bfâs cup and it was so funny and cute. Definitely recommend. <3

This location is always slow, even when they arenât busy. This location is mostly run by college students who would rather be doing literally anything else. The employees @ the N Monroe Starbucks are always so cheerful this one is depressing.
