This location is always slow, even when they aren’t busy. This location is mostly run by college students who would rather be doing literally anything else. The employees @ the N Monroe Starbucks are always so cheerful this one is depressing.

I love this Starbucks. It gets busy, but the baristas are SO sweet and always make my drinks perfect. I switched jobs and haven't gone to this one in over a month, but when I walked in I was greeted and remembered by the baristas there! Jaysia is the one who took care of me and she is always so kind. Thanks, Tennessee Team! :)

Decent coffee and never any wait. They for some reason don’t have the QR code scanner so you can’t pay with the Starbucks app or get any points. It’s a good option if you don’t want to sit in the middle of Tennessee street waiting for the other Starbucks drive through.
This Starbucks was out of all types of sugar packets. Their solution was to charge me an additional 80 cents to get my latte over $7. Apparently, the reward for bad ordering is increased sales.

Cara and the rest of the employees here are the friendliest of any Starbucks in town, and because it’s nestled inside a Target the waits are usually dead short. If you’re ok getting out of the car, this is definitely the most consistent / quickest stop you can make!
