While the service was per usual…my Venti Medicine Ball was not double cupped which caused it me to sustain a minor burn on my hand. Jesus!!! I hate to have to complain but I feel like crap due to the flu. and was looking forward to the soothing affects of this drink.???

This Starbucks (SB) on I-10 (x253-Live Oak/Jasper) needs a LOT and was the most surreal SB I’ve ever been in. And I’ve spent a lot of time in Seattle area, Portland, Alaska and thru-out the US. I came in around 10:30 a.m. It had several long conference like tables with a seating capacity of 180. There were 5 employees working the front and drive thru. Another guy came in apparently to do time sheets or inventory maybe? There were 5 customers in the store during the 11 minutes I stood there watching and waiting for my simple grande breve (hot-no flavor). The young blonde who took my order never engaged with me altho I chatted with her and I’m unsure she ever looked at me. I watched her move around like a zombie. I assume she was stoned to the max. She picked something up, looked around, sat it down, walked over to the back counter, stood there, turned around, picked something else up and carried to the original front counter and sat it down. Another female worked the front counter and (likely assisted the drive thru). She did engage with the 2 younger females ordering multiple drinks. Two other females worked the drive thru much more efficiently. A younger guy was there with full multi-colored eye shadows and something tiny and round glued or perched on the tip of his nose. But he did smile! No one else engaged the customers. At all. The restroom was untidy. Oh, and the espresso was — ehhhh. I assume most ppl pass through as opposed to being a regular customer so they don’t need repeat business? I don’t know. I go that way probably 10+ times a year. I was happy to see a store was being built. Now? I felt like I was in a weird SNL show.

I frequent Starbucks almost every day here in Tallahassee and I can personally say that the one on Park Avenue is probably my personal favorite (which is saying a lot since this location is merely 3 mi from my house opposed to the almost 8 Mile Drive to the one on Park Avenue). Since this location has opened I have had issues almost every single time I order here, whether it be my cup missing at least an inch or two inches of coffee from the rim of the cup or them handing me the completely wrong order. The employees here are nice, and they seem like they're trying their best, but I've got to say it feels like they don't really pay attention all that much, especially on mobile pickup orders.
