On Sunday I took my kids with me got them breakfast and then got in the drive thru I really wanted Starbucks. An hour later they took my order, I am not exaggerating. When I finally got to the window I realized what the problem was, the man taking orders had drinks sitting next to him ready to go out and was hyper focused on taking orders. Im not sure how it turned into that long of a waiting time but I sat at the window for at least 5 min stating at my coffee while he talked to other customers and wandered around the store looking lost

Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Workers are very very nice but I swear every time I order food it’s not cooked all the way and I always order sriracha and they ALWAYS leave it out of my order. Plus the drinks are almost never filled all the way to the top.

The person at the window had an attitude — we get that it was busy, but that’s no excuse for completely botching our order. We paid nearly $30 for two sandwiches and two drinks, and ended up with one wrong sandwich, one wrong drink, and another drink that was literally half empty. At that price point, you expect at least the basics to be right. On top of that, the parking lot is a disaster — we watched at least three cars driving the wrong way, and one nearly caused a head-on collision. Between the sloppy service and the unsafe setup, this location is not worth the stop.

We visit this Starbucks often and usually have a good experience, but today (7/22) was truly great thanks to Mary in the drive-thru. She was kind, upbeat, and made out day. Her great attitude stood out and really made a difference. Hope we see her again soon!
i know it’s been drunken anyway but i’m in a hurry for work and i wasn’t raised to be wasteful but if i pay $20 for a venti white mocha and 2 brownies, i expect a venti white mocha and 2 brownies, they asked what does iced but no ice mean and i said as long as its cold, the one that took my order isn’t in the wrong i know, but god how can someone stray so far from the order, and yes the ticket is 100% correct

I went through Drive thru today and was very disappointed. Junisha wasn't very happy with me. I felt like a inconvenience. My first coffee wasn't good. I returned it and then I was told how I should order my coffee. This is the first time I've been told this after months of ordering the same thing. Kindness matters and the staff working today was far from this. This is my last time to this location. I'm sure I can spend my$ 7.45 somewhere else and they will be nice. Sorry to have bothered yall with my order...
