They're lucky to have experienced workers like Zack & Gabby during those busy mornings! Polite, courteous and just a great attitude tends to know all the regulars orders. Not to mention when the team is on their A Game at this store I am in & out in no time!! And told to have a great night despite it being morning lol!! I love this Starbucks

NOT open until 7 like their info claims. Went at 5, all signs and lights still on and they were closed. Very frustrating

I never know what I’m going to get at this location, but only once have I walked out of here with a great experience. It’s a toss up on whether you’ll get a barista with an attitude and the drinks sometimes take forever to get or you get a cup that’s not even full. One reliable thing is that the inside has lots of tables so there is always a place to sit and stay and nice comfy chairs. Just try to avoid during the morning rush.

Been going to Starbucks for awhile. This place sucks!!!! I get the same drink at Starbucks every time and it looks like this when I come to this location only. $6-7 for a half full cup!!

I have, on multiple occasions now, come to this Starbucks as it is the closest to me, and ordered a venti hot cappuccino. Each time, my cup is at least 1/3 foam. I don’t pay almost $6 for foam. Service is fine. Fast, not super friendly, but efficient. But I think I’m done. In this economy, I don’t like throwing my money away. Sorry, but I won’t be back.

Everyone here is so on top of their game. I’ve seen them get swamped with 20 times more customers than they have staff, and every time they overcoming the rush. They’re all incredibly perceptive of the customers that show up. Separating the new faces from ones that have been there for a while. They are also incredibly professional when dealing with customers who are in a rush and are giving them a lot of work and attitude. Considering the position, this is a place that all people from college-age kids to near retirement professionals frequent. Everyone at this location deserves props, and honestly raise. Because, this area literally runs on Starbucks coffee.

Outrageously terrible management from the store to corporate hq.I was in tallahassee, at this Starbucks location. I stumbled with my walker for over a football field length to get just a large cup of coffee. I am a retired, 21 year, multiple combat veteran. 100% disabled. All I wanted was a coffee. The store doors were locked but a little tiny sheet of paper said the drive thru was open. So, determined for my Starbucks coffee I put my walker and me in the drive thru line and stumbled my way to the window. There were no cars in front of me and no cars behind me. It was an empty lot. I had to use my walker to get there because my car broke down 5 minutes earlier. The person that said they were the manager was a very young girl that started the conversation extremely RUDE. She was wearing a name tag that said Derrick, when I asked if that was her name, she very abruptly took the name tag off and threw it on the counter. I asked for her name but she wouldn't give it to me. The mechanic fixed my car and now I am on my way to Circkl K to get a cup of coffee! The solution to this is: train your managers for obstacles because from my experience they have NO humane thought process. Make them wear the appropriate name tags, she was offended when I called her by the name on her tag. If someone wants to buy a cup of coffee, figure out how to sell it to them. That's basic business management, get managers that know that kinda stuff. Not teenie bopper that are just figuring out how to wear their hair. That gets in the way of leadership, from my experience. The picture posted is me sitting in my walker, totally exhausted and only wanted a cup of coffee to make my day a lil' better.I got to sit there for over an hour waiting to regain my strength to stumble back to my car WITHOUT A CUP OF COFFEE.Ty StarbucksVery RespectfullyFred WigginsSFC U.S. ARMY(RET)Date of visit: October 2023Parking: It's really easy to patk, with my walker

The weight in the drive through was incredibly long. Then after I pulled off, I discovered that they got my drink wrong. I had no time to return.

Worker at drive thru around 5:15 on 9/12 was so kind and friendly and just really made my experience and evening better than it was. Was so happy to get the chance to be served by him. Lovely experience and consistent drink!
