I usually have a good experience at the Starbucks and they’re quick to give me my drinks and the workers are polite. However today when I ordered my refresher it tasted slightly of coffee. This means that they don’t wash their equipment out throughly which makes me wonder about the cleanliness at this place. Do better.

I think it’s a pretty stupid policy to not give out water, even with the purchase of food. So yeah. 1 star. That’s just pretty damn infuriating. It’s water, you can afford the 2¢ cost of a plastic cup produced with economies of scale. For gods sake there is 4 Starbucks’ within a one mile radius, I think you can take the hit. Cheap, classist, unwelcoming.

The morning staff at this Starbucks location could use significant improvement in customer service. On multiple occasions, the female employees have been rude, mocking drink orders and laughing among themselves, which makes for an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. It’s unfortunate that only the male employee seems to be actively working and maintaining a respectful demeanor. I hope the district manager sees this feedback and takes action to improve the staff and overall customer experience at this location.

I really like this Starbucks because my brother Luigi loves it! 10/10 place and atmosphere, not to mention, the customer service was outstanding, shoutout to the barista Lana, best barista ever! Let's a go!

I politely asked for a coffee with sugar, and the staff members were quite rude to me. The barista, Lana, sighed loudly and said, “I don’t know what that means.” The cashier said, “what kind?” to which I replied, “Regular sugar like in the packs.” The barista rudely said back, “Like Splenda?!?” I said, “No. just white, domino sugar. I can just do it myself.” They told me they could just put it in then pushed the drink across the counter without saying anything.

I order Starbucks today (11/17/24) around 1:15pm. There were at least 6 girls working doing NOTHING, just chit chatting away while we watched one singular empliyee make on drink at a time. I waited 20 minutes for them not to make my coffee, I was the last person waiting and NOBODY thought to ask “sorry what did you order” they sat there looked at me and kept on with their conversation until I had to ask. Really bad service, less talking and more working maybe because your guests are very clearly watching you… ridiculous

This Starbucks is amazing, Jordan Schwartz carries this place to success, making 8 drinks all at once in under 2 minutes and flying orders out with no error. Give this man a raise. When an elderly woman fell nearby Jordan jumped over the counter and slid on his knees, catching her before she hit the ground saving the day. Jordan also sprinted to a nearby burning building and saved 10 toddlers, a single mother, and 3 elderly citizens before the fire department could make it, saving multiple lives. Jordan has shown to be a true hero behind the apron. Godbless this Starbucks. And god Bless Jordan Schwartz ❤️
Vegetarian options: Eat some real food for a change. Maybe some steak.

I was surprised this starbucks is still using single-use disposable plastics like coffee lids and clear cups when they could easily switch to renewable lids made of PLA and CPLA and compostable hot cups!! I guess they really don't care about the environment after all when it comes to $$$.
