The cashier was rude and charged me for the wrong order. I had purposefully gotten a cheaper drink because I didn't want to spend too much money. I ended up receiving the cheaper drink while having to pay the more expensive price. Will not be going again as this is the third time the cashier has been rude.

I come here before work hoping and praying the coffee will taste good and it either always tastes burnt or watered down or both. Took a sip pf my white mocha and it tasted like charcoal... i just want to not waste my money bruh i dont think im gonna order from here ever again

This Starbucks is amazing, Jordan Schwartz carries this place to success, making 8 drinks all at once in under 2 minutes and flying orders out with no error. Give this man a raise. When an elderly woman fell nearby Jordan jumped over the counter and slid on his knees, catching her before she hit the ground saving the day. Jordan also sprinted to a nearby burning building and saved 10 toddlers, a single mother, and 3 elderly citizens before the fire department could make it, saving multiple lives. Jordan has shown to be a true hero behind the apron. Godbless this Starbucks. And god Bless Jordan Schwartz ❤️ Vegetarian options: Eat some real food for a change. Maybe some steak.Dietary restrictions: Tons of alternativesParking: Good parkingKid-friendliness: Great for kids. Start em on coffee young.Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple ramps and wheel chair VIP barista acsess.

I was surprised this starbucks is still using single-use disposable plastics like coffee lids and clear cups when they could easily switch to renewable lids made of PLA and CPLA and compostable hot cups!! I guess they really don't care about the environment after all when it comes to $$$.

I love how there's a Starbucks in the best library on campus, but it is often packed and understaffed. I think it has been better recently, but it's been an issue in the past. The food and drinks are great though!

this is the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. every time I come here the kids are like on their phones or talking. I watched the only two employees making drinks while it was extremely busy spend ten minutes trying to figure out how to make a strawberry smoothie. even when there is only a couple people on either side of the line it still takes 15-20 minutes to recieve my order. I ordered a frappe and it was just like milk there was barely any ice, it was also a much lighter color than usual. I order this drink frequently and I honestly don't mind the wait if the drink is made correctly. it seems like these employees recieve almost no training. I have worked in food service before and I understand that it can be stressful, but there was no line when I walked up to the counter and there was only one other person in the other line. it still took 20 minutes. i'm not even exaggerating. I watched the man that made my drink walk back and forth talking to someone for about ten minutes before finally getting the one thing from the back that he needed.
