Atmosphere was horrible, the manager sucked at resolving the issue I had and the barista guy that’s trying to be a girl or something came off racist and mean. I advise nobody to go here if you want great service. Go to the one on southwood. That’s where I’m going from now on.

I had the worse possible experience from this Starbucks and the workers weren’t at all welcoming. The service I received was absolutely trash . The workers refused to atleast run water in a cup that I purchased from Starbucks even after asking her politely. She act like she couldn’t count my cash properly. They proceeded to pour my drink in a filthy cup that I just purchased until I told her to stop and please wash it out . She act like she had an attitude when asked to do so . I paid for a venti and she didn’t even apply my discount that I ASKED for , for using a Starbucks cup . Then tried to pour my remaining drink that I paid for out and she had an attitude about that as well . Mind you I PAID FOR IT so I should be ALLOWED to have what I PAID for with my money . This is why seven brew is better and they have way better customer service towards customers. I absolutely hate this location of Starbucks

This location is consistently wonderful. While the drive thru is often incredibly packed, walking in never takes long and is always enjoyable. Great coffee and great staff! This morning Rosie took my order promptly and courteously. She and the other staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Was literally having the worse week of my life. My car broke down in the parking lot and all I could do was cry. The staff were so nice and generous and offered me a water while I waited for my husband. I had already purchased a coffee and the water was much needed in this Florida heat. Just a smile and reassurance that everything was going to be ok is what I needed and it’s something I’ll never forget.

All I wanted was one cheesecake.. there was a nice lady in front of me that had two kids, there were no problems allowing them to go before me.. the issue is she decided to take two other customers that had big order compared to my small cheesecake. So I politely asked for my money back. 80% of a restaurant is all about the customer service and how they treat customers. I can't read minds and I can't tell you what she thought. No matter what I will not eat or drink at this Starbucks again.

Drive thru order 8:30PM- Friday . Very disappointed . Matcha was too thick , I usually never stop here because I have been disappointed in the past, decided to go to this one since it was late. I wasn’t expecting this tho. I had to go home and empty the cup 3/4 of the way they put way way the amount of matcha necessary . Thankfully I had some oat milk at home, but who wants to do that .
